Mine arrived today! I really like her, BUT I would trade her in a heartbeat for one with BLACKBIRDS on it! I also have lots of other grab bags & unique Windstones for a blackbird ‘corn (or I would pay for one) or something even “spookier”.

I’ll trade whatever I get (or some other awesome things) for the blackbird one that everyone was calling “Hitchcock”(not sure what his name is going to be!)!!

Skeeterdee, I can’t help giggling at your description of your little ones looking like sheep dogs! Congratulations on snagging a unicorn! 😀

Have you ever watched those Looney Tunes cartoons with the sheep dog and the coyote? That’s an accurate description of how they looked. XD I avoided taking them out all this week so I wouldn’t miss any ‘corns, LOL!

I KNEW they would be in the store today!! You know how I knew? Because my kitchen cupboards were empty and my little ones needed haircuts because they were starting to look like little sheep dogs (and tomorrow is school picture day, LOL). My gut told me to check the store on my phone at 7:20 EST and there they were! So I called my elderly dad and walked him through how to order one for me and listened to him grumble about “$360?! 360?!” Now that he knows how much they are, everytime he walks past my Windstone case I’m gonna hear “$360?!”. ROFL

I saw a new article about it on Yahoo News this morning, now I can’t find that article again!! Definitely a reeeeealy decomposed shark, so decomposed that the species hasn’t been determined. Still neat to think of Dragons swimming around in the parts of the oceans that we can’t see. 🙂

I sell a lot on eBay. I only make the buyer pay return shipping if it arrives safely, the buyer just changed their mind about it and want to send it back. If it’s defective or broken during shipping it should be the seller’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping (that’s one of the reasons that eBay recommends insuring all packages, so neither party is out any money if it breaks in the mail.)
I’m pretty sure that is what the 14 day returns/ buyer paid return shipping means, it only applies when the buyer doesn’t want the item, not when it arrives damaged. In your case, I don’t think you should have to pay for any of it.

A poad can brood any number of eggs at a time in their pouch. A poads pouch is astonishingly roomy.
The babies prefer to be loose in a communal nest under a clutter of broody poads.
Poad eggs have another unusual property, in addition to exploding and rolling after the adult poads. Each egg can be in two places at once, so the same egg may be in the process of being brooded in a warm pouch, while at the same time it is also rolling along after the adults.
Once the poad hatches, it is only in one place at a time.

Those poor, tired adults! It’s like keeping track of twins!! 😉 No wonder the adults are grouchy, they need a nap!

                                  Mine came today!
I desperately wanted a Candy Corn, been holding my breath since I ordered that it wouldn’t be a safari corn! My two least favorites in the batch were the pronghorn or an African wild dog… Here’s Chant:

Chant is hoping for a new home, somewhere not near Pittsburgh. Any safari collectors get a candy corn?
