No pity party! I had to calm down before I could even send this response to you. That behaviour is unexcusable on so many legal, moral, and ethical levels. Good on you to get the lawyer, police, and anyone else you can find to keep your little ones safe. Starting with no more unsupervised visits.
You had an angel looking out for your daughter that’s for sure. I’m not a mom, but I can only imagine what must have been going through your head on that 4-hour (or maybe you made it in less time?) trip.
I’m sure your kids know who you are mad at and it’s not them.

One teeny, tiny little thing about huskies that you should know (which you may already) they like to run! My girl would get out of the back yard sometimes and we would just get in the car to go get her. They aren’t running away, just running for the sheer joy of it. I have experienced this phenomenon with othere people’s huskies – one used to come and visit from a good 2 miles away. We got quite friendly with the dog’s owners – we would just call and let them know that their boy was visiting again. From what I’ve seen and heard from other husky owners, it usually lasts for the first year or so. Then they calm down and stick close to home after that. I hope this doesn’t scare you! It’s ok, really!

I think it’s a really great idea to streamline the ads. “Classified” sounds to me better than “Flea Market”, especially with the prices that go along with the pieces.
I haven’t tried the new form yet, but it looks pretty straightforward. I aslo like that the ads will expire so that the auther is forced to update or let it go. There are far too many old ads cluttering up the space on the forum.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we now have a way to see exactly how many people have clicked the notify button for products in the store. So essentially, you can “vote” for an item to be restocked by clicking itd “notify when back in stock” button! (if you haven’t already} 🙂
Well, that’s cool, great, and no doubt easier for inventory. Yay!
