And I have never antiqued before soo very nervous about messing it up lol…so any pointers there are welcome as well! 🙂
I want to antique or something, but not in grey…I don’t want to dull her out. Red huskies dont have a spec of grey on them and their skin tones are all red as well. Any other color I could use to get her white fur to show up better? And I am still not sure the wings are done…seems like there is something missing…just can’t put my finger on it.
I love seeing all the ideas though! Keep’em coming! 🙂

I do agree with you in that aspect, sad to say most people do not put things in that manner…but if everyone were that nice about it then there would be no real issue I don’t think…
I did buy a PYO winged wolf 🙂 With the light blue eyes, it came UPS the same day her ashes came back from LA. So it was a very emotional day last week. I am taking my time figuring out how best to use these paints since most of what I bought was the harder to work with stuff, but I want this piece to be perfect. My husband also suprised me with a memorial dog tag on that day that has a picture of her and I together etched into it, with the words “Tundra Forever in my Heart” So I am doing better 🙂 Working on blending and color schemes on canvas first then I will start on her, and I will some how get a picture of the piece on here once I am done with it lol.
Call me old fashioned, but when someone buys something it’s rude to offer to buy it from them, probably before they ahve even recieved the item in the mail!…If they wanted to sell it, they would do so in their own way! Sounds like my kids begging for a bite of a cookie of mine after I just gave them their own cookies lol. I would never do that to someone! How rude!
Since I do rescue and all of our huskeis that come through get a temp name I will list some of those! 🙂

I would love a chance at a grab bag kitty! I love the PYO wolves’ size and pose…perhaps it’s possible to sculpt a kitty down to that size in a similar pose and make it a grab bag edition type thing? Still waiting for my chance at a grab bag uni too 🙂
Thank you for the suggestion Grayfire! I miss her, but keeping busy with painting and preparing has helped alot, I hope I can do her justice in this piece. Again thank you for the idea. 🙂
