You know what’s ironic…
EVERY single person who has heard or read this story is in shock…angry…amazed…and thinks he is an idiot.
He still believes he did nothing wrong. I have yet to hear one person that thinks I am over reacting…
By this time next week I will know whether he will just sign them over, or I will have a court date for the following week (because of the child endangerment)…his choice on how hard this will be. My lawyer is awesome and she is on TOP of everything.
The CPS investigation lady is going to contact the lady who found her and interview her as to what happened and her opinion. I was also able to ask her to say thank you for me, and have her give her my contact information so I can thank her! 🙂 I owe her a debt I can never pay for her saving my daughter’s life.
BEST NEWS EVER!!!! I got the funding approved for my lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone was watching over my family tonight!!!!!!
I thank everyone for their kind words and support. I’ve never been so scared in my whole life. I talked to a great lawyer today who does believe I need full and sole custody. As soon as I get funding for the lawyer we are moving ahead with the case in full force, and he will never be able to put her in harm’s way again. Hugs to you all!
P.S. I am trying to find that lady in LA to thank her, and I am working with the officer who wrote the report to do so. 🙂
Its been a long day of being on the phone with the police down there, and my command up here getting all my ducks in a row. I am still in shock, and livid that he didn’t even care that she was gone. Who in their right mind does that!? I’ve seen people more upset over their dog missing for an hour! I wish I could find that lady and hug her…she very well might have saved my daughter’s life. I keep thinking about how different things would have been yesterday if a bad person had gotten a hold of her. She had a guardian looking out for her yesterday that kept her safe. Thank you, all of you for your kind words, and the not so kind words…cause y’all took the words right out of my mouth!

No one from Windstone has said anything so I don’t think I broke any rules. I did know about the spectral, but I had forgotten what it was called. When I posted the initial apology I had looked it up. lol It was easy to find after that one quest that had all of us using the search engine! 🙂
I would like to point out that I was in no way intending on copying P.S.’s color of Starry Night as I just noticed the Fledgie up on ebay. I’m sorry if I have offended anyone at Windstone for naming my lil PYO dragon this. If y’all require I change it I will be more than happy to, I will just need a new felt pad. I’m very sorry.
