We are looking to refinance our house to a lower rate so we can pull some money out to fix things (replace windows, new front door, things like that). Right now I have a fixed rate conventional mortgage and the company I’m working with right now wants to put me in a fixed rate fha loan. Is there a big difference in the two? Is one better then the other? I’ve tried to google them but I haven’t really found an answer that helps me so I figured I’d ask here and see if anyone has any experience.
I had a bad experience after getting my wisdom teeth pulled and haven’t been to the dentist in over a year because of it. The last time I went they gave me valium to calm me down but I was still worked up about it. I know I need to go but I hate dentist.

I had the same thing happen to me last year. A dentist can put a temporary filling in that will last until you get insurance again. I had almost half my molar break off and he was still able to patch it until they could get me in to fix it.

LMAO I was playing WoW when the fledgies came back up, thats how I missed them. I’ve had two guild members beg me to help them with their epic mount quests so I was trying to get that out of the way.
I want to try fixing a broken windstone before I go messing up my emerald sun dragon. If anyone has a broken windstone they are interested in selling (dragon would be nice since its a dragon I need to practice fixing) shoot me a pm please.

I thought the first movie was ok. I was sick of the puppy dog eyes all through it but otherwise it wasn’t bad. I think the wolf in that trailer looks too cartoonie (lol how do you spell that) to me. In the book they talk about people seeing the wolves but not being sure what they were. I figured they would make them look somewhat different then a regular wolf in giant form. The two guys who were in the camping store talking about the giant animal they saw couldn’t tell if it was a bear or what. I would think two men who camp as much as they have would be able to say “OMG did you see that giant wolf”. I mean the wolf in the trailer looks just like a wolf and I don’t see how anyone could mistake it for anything else.
Has anyone seen the trailer for the Twilight sequel New Moon? I’m a little disappointed in the wolf animation that they show. I guess I’m way too picky when it comes to werewolves in movies (yes I know they are not real werewolves). Also if the scene they show where Jacob transforms is Bella’s encounter with Laurent then why is it infront of Jacobs house and not Edwards meadow? I will be disappointed if they changed that part of the story since I thought it was a very good part of the book. For those of you who haven’t seen the trailer here is the link….
