I just received mine! (perfect timing as I was just about to leave to visit family!) Wow!! Is it AMAZING! I got a beautiful reddish-brownish brindle with some lovely white markings! The detailing on this guy is insanely beautiful and intricate! I can’t even tell you how special he is! 🙂 Here are photos of him! I love him (and have absolutely no problem keeping him, he’s incredibly beautiful in every way), but I did have my heart set on a solid colored brindle (no white). If he speaks to you and you have one you think I’d like, feel free to give me a holler! 🙂 And of course as you all know by now, lol, I’m always tempted by Poads. If you’ve got a poad to offer for trade, you may just sway me! 😉

Oh…My…Goodness, that Mandarin Fish Poad has my name ALL over it! I actually used to work with those fish often when I did fisheries work. And it’s a Poad…couldn’t ask for more! :love:

Just heard back from the seller and I received my refund immediately (she got flustered and accidentally forgot to click the “send” button on mine and had thought it went through). A heartbreaking situation for all involved. I feel very bad for her losses. Sounds like the thief stole quite a few Windstone boxes. :((

On a side note; has anyone received their refund yet? I got a notification of the order being cancelled, but never got the actual refund yet. Getting a bit worried….
Yes, my refund came right through last night. I had paid for the piece with my Paypal balance and the refund posted to my Paypal account. I’m quite sure that the refund goes to your credit card if you paid by credit card, and maybe to your bank account if you used that, so perhaps those take longer to show up?
The original notice of cancellation had a link to notify ebay when the refund was received, and the following message:
“We want to make sure you receive your refund back on your original payment method. When you receive your refund, go to your cancel details page to let us know.”I also paid for my piece via my Paypal balance but I’ve yet to receive any sort of refund. All I got was the original notice of cancellation, but no refund whatsoever yet. (just checked)

Oh my goodness! I also won a tadpoad auction with that same seller. She did the SAME thing to me! I’m hearbroken as the tadpoad I won I was absolutely smitten with. 🙁 It was the most beautiful tadpoad I’d ever seen.
I waited and waited for some sort of update on the auction and several days after I messaged asking what was up and if it had shipped, I get a tracking # emailed to me (no explanation as to why it’s been 5 days since I paid for it and she still hadn’t shipped it); although the tracking showed that only a shipping label had been created, yet the item was never shipped or picked up. Several days later I inquire again asking when it will be shipped and I get the same explanation this evening; that the item was stolen from her unlocked car. Super frustrating and heartbreaking. 🙁

My little one just came bouncing in! I got one of the special swirly ones! 😀 I think this is one of the few that didn’t make the class photos; I couldn’t find her in there at least. The coloring and detail on this lady are absolutely stunning! I really like her but she doesn’t sing to me as loudly as some others so she is up for trade. Feel free to PM me if interested in this fancy lady! I’d be willing to trade her for another fantasy kirin that speaks to me more or I am always interested in a variety of Poads! 🙂 Here are some photos of her:

Goodness every single one is amazing but my favorites are the more vibrant colored ones. Hoping we get a head’s up on when they’re coming out also cause it’s hard for me to be continuously near the computer, lol!

Here’s my little one; he just arrived today! He’s such a beauty! He’s a pearlish color and his scales are lightly dusted in sliver and the paintwork is so intricate! Each individual one of his scales is painted black at the base and he has pale orange legs and muzzle. His eyes are pale blue, he has a silver horn, and he has a lovely bright orange spot on his forehead! He is a little beauty but if you are in love with him, I would consider trades,(Poads are always welcome! :)), or may consider selling him. Koi-rin-wise in regards to trades, my tastes run towards the more vivid oranges and reds. Here are photos of the little beauty! If he sings to you, give me a holler! 🙂
