Cat hair -- condiment and fashion accessory!Yes, I just bought a kitty, so you can add that to what I’m about to say. Grab-bags used to be less frequent and while I love them, I worry that Melody will start getting “creative burnout”. The more often people get new stuff, the quicker it gets old. People seem to have gotten tired of “koi” and “wild dog” colors. I don’t know. I just don’t want Melody’s imagination to get tired!

Cat hair -- condiment and fashion accessory!Purple is my favorite color. I also like blue very much. And teal and … And I am actually getting tired of all these “cool” colors. Right now, I am thinking of the mimosa (“silk”) tree that was in the yard when I was little. I loved the puffball white-and-pink flowers with their golden tips. (hint hint) 🙂

Cat hair -- condiment and fashion accessory!I know people are always saying “this would be a good new paint”, but…. I really like “Bryo”. Is it any more difficult than, say, “Rainbow” or any of the realistic pebbles? It is definately different from the usual paints, which I am very tired of. (Also, I’m wondering how it would look on a uni–a tiny bit of violet and it could be “Lilac Forest”!)

Cat hair -- condiment and fashion accessory!I’d like to offer my sympathy, though I don’t have any advice. Thanks to my own extreme introversion and eternal depression, I’ve never had a job. The old “it’s not what you know, it’s who” can be very true: my eldest brother was also very “intro” and only got a job at first because an Aunt of ours got him in. He proved he knew what he was doing, and held the job for decades, but he needed someone else to open the door.
Also, I think some people, due to luck, personality, or both, have it easier than they realize. My other brother was interested in computer programming before “personal” was part of the phrase. He just sort of fell into programming jobs back when “laptop” meant that was where the keyboard went because your desk was too small. HE thinks our Mom over-protected me.
So, no advice, but you have my sympathy (for what it’s worth).

However, I’ve come up with a way you can get back at all us never-satisfied fans–a PYO hatching griffin. Then WE can get headaches painting tiny feathers and splotchy eggs. (Hmm, I’ve just thought of a deep violet egg with gold filigree and crystals, baby grif is very pale violet with faint black and yellow markings.)
