Gorgeous! And so full of personality 🙂
He’s beautiful! I love the silver horn. I love the subtle colors, it makes him look so regal. 🙂

Yeah, I have been thinking the same thing… I ordered one too, but I would have preferred seeing a picture before spending the money. XD Ah well. I’m sure we won’t be disappointed. 🙂
Will we be able to see pictures of the Black Gold curlie? I’m trying to decide between the Russet and the Black Gold… a picture would help, if its not too much trouble. 🙂
Very impressive, she’s gorgeous! 😀

Good point, star. Even a ‘keet can put a hurtin’ on ya. lol
Cool signature pic, pawpad.
Thanks! Its kind of silly but I wanted to join you guys with your awesome siggies. 😀
Congrats Nam! Your beautiful work is worth it! 🙂
YAY, my Poad(tm) came today, and he’s even cuter in person! I wasn’t sure before, but now I will have to get a whole clutter of them! (Clutter is the term for a group of ’em, right?)
Even my husband loves him! He says the Poad(tm) is his favorite Windstone yet! 😀
Sending healing thoughts to both you and Andrea!
yes! More gothic unis pretty please! 😀 The one in the birthday picture is especially cute!

We all know the sad story of the theft of the lion kirin. Is the lion kirin totally gone forever or do you think you can recreate him someday. He was so beautiful…. 🙁
I hope those thieves get what’s coming to them someday… 👿
SOMEWHERE I have the rough that this lion kirin was carved out of, but nobody has been able to find it yet. We have mountians of boxes containing old sculpture versions everywhere, and sorting through them is a real job.
I also have several other versions of the lion kirin. (like I do of most of my sculptures) I have found one of them, so I can go from there. However, I had spent a ton of time on the face of the one that was stolen, and I had just gotten it to look perfect, exactly the way I wanted it to look. This is a specific character. I had sculpted it to be a drawing guide for me to use to draw that character… the other versions of this sculpture are pretty, but their faces aren’t exactly the way I picture my character looking…if that makes any sense…
Fortunately, I have a few photos of the stolen sculpture, so at least I have a something to look at! I can probably use the photos to re-create the stolen Lion Kirin from one of the earlier versions. Thank you for the oppportunity to rant. Always makes me feel better! I love whimpering.I know what you mean, Melody. Especially when designing a specific character, sometimes its a really long struggle to find that “look” you have in mind. At least you have a starting point! (the photos and older sculpture) The lion kirin may live again! 🙂

PS I TOTALLY want one of those brownish gothic unicorns (I’d love to be able to pre-order them :))
Anyways, I really hope you guys enjoyed your cake 😀
Yessss, pre-order (with a batch of 24) would be the best! The gothic unicorn is my favorite Windstone sculpt (though it is so hard to choose!) and that color scheme is incredibly beautiful! Especially when sitting next to a giant yummy chocolate birthday cake, hehe! 🙂
Wow that cake looks delicious! Glad you had a good birthday, Melody! 😀
*peep* If you sell the gothic unicorns on ebay, I’d get one for sure! That little guy is gorgeous!!! 🙂
Happy Birthday!!!!!
