A little update.
I’ve not had a lot of time to paint because of work but I got a little done. He looks quite fancy.
Its smooth body is so difficult to paint though! There is no such thing as hiding brush stroked with this fella!
Took me a while to start on something new. Here is a very early WIP.
Also new camera! Photos are looking a lot better.
Mine just arrived. I got 8 and 109c. The trim on 109c was changed from gold to silver at the factory.
I need to paint another #109 dragon. Because we have already shipped them, I don’t have a model! I can’t tell from the photo, is the purple-blue on him color-shift paint?
Checked just now. None of it is color-shift.
For a second I was like “wasn’t Twilight Shift already a color scheme???” before I remembered it was Cosmic Shift.
Also it seems the baby peg didn’t go for all that much, relatively.

I’m fine if the delay has been due to the holiday weekend, but otherwise I’m so tired of going through the effort of applying and interviewing just to end up getting ghosted by the company in the end. (I know why companies tend to ghost – people can have really nasty reactions to “no”)
Call them! Or send them a nice card.
I actually was contacted by the talent agency a little earlier today. Didn’t get the job, nor did they give me any feedback about why I didn’t get it. Still stuck searching for the time being *sigh*

Thank you everyone! I really enjoyed making Holo Metal. Black and rainbow color schemes are among my favorites.

Holo Metal is finished!
The belly scales have color-changing paint on them and a lot of the fur has the Dragonfly paint on it. I originally wanted to add some interference paint to it, but decided against it while I was painting. It already has enough going on.
Since I’m not great at pricing something like this, Holo Metal and Meteor’s Wish will both be sold offer-style; the ad listing for them will be up later tonight.
