And is that sparkle dark paint?! Those details are awesome! This is not one I would want, but I can totally appreciate all the details in this little guy! Great job Melody!MandBsMom – Yes, the dark blue is sparkle paint. I can’t imagine how long it took to paint this kind of detailing on the kirins. Melody is awesome!

OMG!!! Mine just arrived and I JUST LOVE HER!! I don’t usually have good luck in GB’s but this time I got one of my favorites. Such bright colors & intricate scaling – just gorgeous! Thanks Melody for such a beautiful sculpt! I hope that this wasn’t the one that gave you the migraine headache 😉

They’ve also found a connection between man-made earthquakes from fracking & the increase in numbers of quakes
Our packages were picked up very late on Thursday – the carrier did not scan each as they put them in the truck like they usually do – and I have a feeling those packages did not leave Corvallis Thursday night but not until Friday. Our local Post Office had some major changes some months ago and still haven’t got their act together. We hope that they will get things in order eventually! At this time they sometimes forget to send anyone to pick up our packages. We apologize, but there is only so much we can do.
Same with our post office in Illinois – this past year they get rid of experienced postal workers, hire new ones, train them & then get rid of them & start training new people again. It leaves the post office without anyone who knows how to do anything – even for simple tasks. Maybe this is some new “jobs creation” program? 😉
Same here – my tracking info on Paypal shows “shipping label created” and I received the “order completed” from Windstone, but it appears either the package hasn’t been scanned into the USPS system or hasn’t been picked up yet.
My hope is that the post office doesn’t route them across country on another “sight-seeing tour” like the last GB’s.
