blargh, I missed them again even though I was off work today! Today was the day off I promised myself not to set any alarm and as a result I didn’t wake up until ten after 12 heh. Are more fledglings in the works?

These are all indoor pics because it’s pouring outside =(
Some with flash, some without; flash actually make him looks mostly emerald. Overhead lighting without flash seems to bring out the purple. Very tricky to photograph!

I really dug Utena until towards the end; there’s this crazy scene where Utena is in a hotel room with Anthy’s “brother” and she’s acting so powerless and sad it just drove me nuts! I never did finish it. Oh, and the car thing racing towards the end of the world…I was always like WTF is that supposed to be cool?

But I am going to look for Gravitation now, that sounds like a good, cute anime to snuggle up with when school gives me a chance to breathe.

Sand is an excellent LP color; glad to hear there is a possibility of more sculpts being painted in this scheme! 🙂

Yes, thanks tons for the info Susie! It really helps to have these updates so I don’t have to bribe family members to haunt the store for me when it’s work time. So a BIG Thank You for taking the time to let us crazy, rabid Windstone maniacs know the newest release information.

    any news for this morning/afternoon?

O the dilemma! Go to work and miss out on pretty new Windstones, or stay home and miss out on Windstone purchasing funds…

    I need a better phone >_<

Ditto! I gave my last upgrade to my brother, that’s so not happening anymore. I really don’t care about the nicer cell phones because the data plan sounds like a rip; if I have Wi-fi why the hell should I pay them for data??? But if I can use it to haunt the Windstone store on release days…I’ll pay for a data plan for that! They can call it a data plan all they want, it’s really a haunt-Windstone-store plan!

I just paid off my student debt. All of it.

It hasn’t really sunk in yet. I paid for my entire post-secondary education by myself, because my parents just did not have the money to help out financially. I worked crummy factory jobs, I’m currently working an administration job outside of my field while I continue to look for something that fits my degree, and I’ve been dumping every spare penny I’ve made into the black hole that was my debt.

And suddenly it’s gone. Well over $50,000 in seven years, five of which I spent going to school.

Everyone is telling me to splurge on something big (and the Old Warrior that I’ve always wanted is doing a fine job of tempting me), but I just can’t. Too many new debts to save up for, like houses and cars, and I really want to help my parents out a bit too. They may not have been able to write cheques for my tuition, but they’ve supported and sheltered me to the best of their ability for years 🙂

WTG!!! WOOT! Despite what you’re saving up for next, it’s got to feel good to have crappy/insidious/ideology-instilling student loans no longer hanging over your head. I too am financing my own education through student loans and am dreading the day they come due!
