The good thing is cardboard does poorly in water. Maybe just wetting it over and over again will get it to come off without damaging the paint any further.
At my work, when I want to remove firmly attached objects from soft metals, I use a wooden stick whittled to a point. The wood is soft, so it will break or shatter if I apply too much force. You could try a toothpick, though I have found those to be a harder wood than the ones we use at work, which are medical cotton swabs with a bare end. You could also try a Q-tip with the cotton removed from one end, and whittle that end with a sharp knife. The compacted paper should be stiff enough to give some pushing power without scratching.

Same here. Some smaller pieces in opulence had too much antiquing as well. Kind of took away from the opulence of it.

Swarovski ruby color is very dark. If you wanted a color that is closer to what is normally called red, for Swarovski that would be “light siam.”

It is the one in the link below. Far too tall for the beans, but I must say that it is PERFECT for the PYO dragons. I fit four in there, and probably five would fit if they were slightly staggered. I should have taken a picture of it when I still had the PYOs. The clarity of the box and the smoothness of the mirror are very good for a plastic case. I tried a couple of other companies and they are not as well-made.

I got my curlie case back from my father today, but he misunderstood what I wanted for the base, so I will have to try to fix that up myself. Ha. Ha ha. Go, me.
Anyway, I moved the dragons around from my overstuffed curio, and took the mother coiled dragons out for a conga line.
I am REALLY missing a green MCD. Since they were never made in elven, nor prismatic spring, is emerald my only choice? Not that I mind, as I love the green with red eyes, but I haven’t seen any since I started recollecting Windstones. A yellow would be nice too, but they weren’t made in gold either. Le sigh.
Anyone else have new or refreshed conga lines to show?
