I’m also curious to see what the prize will be…Melody sent me an e-mail saying first that she didn’t know what it would be. Then, at the end of the e-mail, all by itself, were two words: zonbie koi
What does that mean? That seems to be attached to every email she sends. I had the same thing on my email when I won the August raffle. It’s just a cute zombie koi 🙂 <+)++++<
Congrats!!!
November 30, 2013 at 3:54 pm in reply to: Report Windstone Fakes/Knock offs/Infringment Pls read first #905829I already emailed this to John. I purchased a wooden kangaroo statue from this German company. When I visited their website I saw a wooden dragon for sale that looks very much like the Windstone male dragon. http://www.derlindwurm.com/modules/wsShop/article.php?article_id=349588&location_id=60&cat_id=53655
This is a larger knock-off version:

This one was a commission so otherwise I would have done a tone of wing markings 😀
My jaw just hit the ground, Wow!
Congrats drag0nfeathers!!!! 😀
I see the same problem. But for me the candleholder image is really small and I only see the top half of the wall sconce image. I am using a Mac OS X version 10.6.8 and Safari v. 5.1.10
November 5, 2013 at 4:03 am in reply to: Where am I? Where are you? Worldwide Windstone Collectors! #904952Do we have to create an account with Google to use and view this map? I hope not, but it keeps asking for login information when I click on the link.
I don’t think so, but I’m not 100% sure since I do have a google account…
Sadly, it takes me to a login page every time I click on the link. I’m using Firefox. Any way someone can put a marking for me somewhere in Colorado Springs, CO?
I added you Skylover 🙂
Congrats!

What the holy heck is with that dagger and skull thing coming out of the back, how bizarre.
Melody posted the raffle prize in her blog. It is a hyena gargoyle.
Omg I am very sorry to hear this happened to you. So happy that no people or pets were harmed during this break-in. I really hope they capture whomever is responsible asap.
I have heard people talk about these large rock dragons before but how big are they actually and how much do they sell for usually?
He is 14″ wide by 8″ high. He is also very heavy. About 30 pounds. I heard he is the 2nd heaviest dragon after the secret keeper. I was very lucky and got mine at retail price, $170. I saw one on ebay recently go for over $500.
The rock dragon is really realistic. So much so that last night I felt he might be roaming the house, checking things out. I could imagine him crawling around, tongue flicking in and out. Tail swishing back and forth, eyes glowing… anyways, he was safely back on his rock this morning. Now, if he starts hissing at me, it is official I have lost my marbles 😛

I just heard about this sandwich, and have yet to try it. It looks horrible for you but I bet it tastes amazing!
