I agree! The Clydesdales are wonderful. My favorite is still the one from a few years ago with them kicking the extra point. Two grizzled cowpokes are sitting on a fence and one says “Do they always do that?” and the other replies, “Naw, usually they go fer two”.
I’m going at this from another direction. I consider the PYOs to be filling a gap in the production families. We already have the male, female and baby kirin and now a toddler or teenager. In the griffins we have male and youngster with female and chicks to come. And so forth.
This is a portrait commision of a pretty little pony called Frodo for Phoenix. He has the most startling blue eyes! And such a sweet little face! I hope I did him some justice.
His face makes me think of Elijah Wood as Frodo in LOTR. He, the pony, is so cute. You did a beautiful job, Arlla. As always.
Actually, Napoleon did not have elephants. Now Hannibal, a Carthaginian commander, came up through Iberia, crossed the Pyrenees and the Alps into Northern Italy with war elephants during the Second Punic War with Rome.
I’ve dealt with Dave at Astral Castle several times -he’s great! Everything comes double boxed and there is no S&H if you buy a Windstone. I’ve always been very happy dealing with him. You can trust him.
