Ah ha! It is a mixture of two colors? Too bad I missed this post:( Oh well, mine is painted now, in any case. I just repainted both horns and the other details on the head to match. It’s still not finished. I have to resculpt the horn, as it came out kind of sloppy:-/ I think I have an old, old Emperor. He is very washed out looking. The new details give him some “pop”, though.
Is the Golden copper supposed to be a different consistency or did I happen to receive an old bottle? Mine is very thick. It paints fine with a bit of retarder, but I was just wondering about it. I must have ordered 25 colors, but this is the only one that is so thick.

I buy all kinds of things on eBay. I’ve gotten great deals on perfume, make-up, jewelry, clothing, dishes, bedding, books, movies, cds, etc. Collectibles, too. I buy as much as possible online. I just got sick and tired of going to the mall and dept. stores and never finding anything that I liked. Or finding what I liked and being charged outrageous prices for it. It’s so nice to find what I want and have it shipped right to my door! 😀

LOL! I am used to more snow but I think I’ll wait until tommorow so the snowploughs have a chance to get to the sidewalks as well as the roads, not because i mind tramping through the snow but i would HATE to trip on a drift while carrying lamortefilles gryphon! Plus it’s turned sunny today so maybe by tommorow there will be less snow…. or it could snow overnight, omg now i’m not sure again LOL
Maybe when my brother gets back I’ll see if I can tempt him to give me a lift in the car LOL That would solve all my problems!
I’ve waited this long, so another day or two won’t hurt me;)

Hehe, that was the kirin. The griffin is still going. How odd that this griffin is going for the least amount of any of the PYOs- when it’s the one I invested the most time and effort into, I think! Huh! The topping irony is that the copperplate didn’t take as long and it went for so high. This is why I never know what my income will be from week to week! 😉 Time invested does not equal time paid for me. 😆
There is still time, though. Most of the action is in the last minute!
