n__n; I’ve only done one so far… of course [bwaha]. But I couldn’t imagine buying more than one at once! I just don’t have the budget for it… But for the PYO swap, I think that’s a bit better cause I’ll be buying one for that person, eye color and everything

Hopefully you can find some useful tips in there. Some of the methods Nambroth and tfsculptures give are what I do myself; going outside and photographing in ambient light, not direct sunlight, and I use white board on the sides of my piece to help reflect and direct light.

Thanks! Yeah, I’m on ebay… I bid on stuff a lot since I only have three Windstones (1986 peacock male, baby unicorn, and original Young male peacock)… but I don’t have the funds to bid as high as most go ^^;

Hello everyone.
I’m “new”, as in I’ve never made a post or reply… but I’ve been lurking here for a long while

I wanted to share my very first PYO anything. I’ve never seriously painted a sculpture before… so here he is.
I’m sorry how the photos came out… he’s really glossy, and with the flash I don’t think they came out very well. I took one outside as well, but it didn’t seem to come out very much better. Oh well, I hope the photos are good enough :>
His eyes are gray, and he has interference blue on his hooves, and purple on his scales and some of his mane.

I hope you guys like him… I learned a lot while painting him. Hopefully my next one will be better now that I got some experience
