Ok my husband is officially a goofball. I was packaging up the little baby blue morpho to mail to his new home and he actually produced TEARS in his eyes when I told him. I was like WTF are you serious?! And he looked me square in the eyes and said “ACTING”. He is a nut!
More angles for folks like me who like to know these things! I will probably be rehoming these 2, I love them, but I’m going to get a coiled mother and scratching dragon in blue morpho once they come out, and 4 in the same color is too many for me! As usual, pictures don’t do them justice!

I’m actually hesitant to get rid of the baby though, because my normally indifferent to dragons husband claimed him for a few hours when I first got him out of the box! But he says he just thinks that one looks cute and will not care if I let him go. Men are so silly!
Oh man, I love the baby, he’s SO cute! I think he’s one of my favourites of this family.
Isn’t he though?! The black outline around his eyes makes them that much more adorable! My husband doesn’t ‘get it’, sadly. He thinks the baby is identical to the fledgling! But he listens to me go on and on about my dragons while I listen to him tell me about computer parts, so it’s a fair trade 😉
Well I grabbed a baby because I’m chomping at the bit waiting on a scratcher or mother coiled in this color, so if someone is going for a full family and missed the baby, I will probably re-home him once I get one of my favorites. I just couldn’t NOT have a blue in the meantime!
What about the Scratching dragons? Are they being cast as well? He’s my favorite and I LOVE how he looks in the blog picture!
Wow, I am picturing mama dragon in blue morpho cuddling a silver egg and that is going to look amazing. I can’t wait to see her!
Haha. I feel like the oddball now… my favorite is the scratching Dragon and I can’t wait to get him in this color. The riser is a close second for sure! Late to the party but I agree with finishing the family of griffins first and that’s saying a lot since I only collect the dragons (so far anyway…. Some of these other pieces sorely tempt me).

Ohhh at last the siamese has shown up! Hope she finds her favorite forever home! I think she’s lovely, but I know there are plenty of other folks who love her more than I do 😉
Here is a dragon I bought off eBay (black & silver) and the dragon I traded for (green and red-already shown here). 🙂 I love them both so much!! Thank you, Melody and Brandi!
Oh I was bidding against you for that black one Chloe! Glad you like him though. 🙂 I ended up getting one I’m really happy with from the last batch. I’ll post pictures later but she’s a black and copper/pink from photo 3 row 4 and either the first or fourth from the right (I am not home so I can’t check exactly which one but I’m pretty sure she’s the first from the right).
That egg makes me think of Cadbury Mini Eggs. There used to be white ones and they were my favourites because it was like eating a teensy chocolate chicken egg. They were awesome.
This reminded me a of mean/funny prank my husband showed me yesterday. It’s for a Kinder egg, not a Cadbury, but it still made me think of this! I feel bad for the little boy but couldn’t help laughing (I’m a bad person)! Hopefully they gave him a real one after to make up for their prank. WARNING: Loud sound at the end in case your volume is up.
