i saw the listing too. the adult unicorns are not even retired! 😮 😮 😮 (if i am wrong don’t throw anything at me.)

when has anything sold for that much that wasn’t one of the limited edition larger pieces?

in reply to: some curlie families for you all to look at #543243

i know the topic is about the curlie family, but that pyo kirin is spot on!

some of you have said that a tag and a box lets you know how well the previous owner took care of them. not all windstones came with a tag to begin with. didnt the tags attached to the felt appear only about 7-8 years ago? some pieces were retired before there were tags.

how does that knowlege affect your decision?

    thanks. i like the discussion.

if a statue of a phoenix is cumbersome, how about an art print of a phoenix? i would buy that in a heart beat. 😀

    Hey Melody!

I just saw you added new items to the shop. If you could get a pic of the grand unicorn you would so have me as a customer for that tote bag. 😀

    TOTE BAGS!!! 😀 😀 😀
there are tote bags now! cool. put more dragons and other things on the totes.

just a suggestion to make it less cluttered: for each design, have a sub category with all the items you can buy for it. i mean, when you start to have hundrends of items for sale, it kind of makes sense. 🙂 and that seems to be where this is going.

in reply to: Do you like the oriental dragons??? Show your love here! #541024

my favorite oriental is the baby one. mostly because it doesn’t take up as much space and it is the least costly of the three.

don’t misunderstand, i would buy any of the other sizes in a heartbeat if the price were resonable.

but, if melody would keep one in production, that is my pick.

so, you can call the office to see if they have some of the pieces that were sold as buy it now on ebay? really??? i have been waiting for ever for the curlies to come back to ebay!

(sorry, i am in a bit of a dissertation writing haze. so, if i mis-read anything in this topic, please forgive me)

I won the bid on the recent Hatching Maiasaurus, but now the seller says that she doesn’t have it any more.

Dont feel bad at all. I was about to win that one for $.99 when the seller pulled the listing, waited two weeks, and listed it again with “Windstone” in the title. I lost out, too. I am also very sorry to hear about your friend 🙁

is this the seller that had to sell all her dragons to pay for medical bills?

in reply to: Happy Valentines Day Windstone Lovers! #539269

before it is too late. happy valentines day to everyone.

it was just another snowed in day for me. school cancelled, but that doesnt mean much to a graduatae student. its work work work.

in reply to: How to clean a windstone? #539297

Thank you all for the suggestions. i have sprayed them with fabreeze and wiped them down with a wet cloth. the cat lost some paint in the process. 🙁 and there is still a faint odor.

i would try the incense, but i get migranes from them. so i will try the time one. i think the baking powder would do more damage, unless i just put a box next to it. 🙂

Hi. I am new here. This is my first post, so please be gental. 🙂

I recently bought two pieces that came from smokey homes. how do you clean them off in order to get rid of the smell?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
