Wow thank you for the offer! Hopefully I can swoop up this lil fella, but if not at least I wont have to cry…
To be honest, I have never been a huge fan of PYO’s, mainly because I lack the talent to do anything like that myself… But this little KiRin has changed my mind. I’d love to see a whole Van Gogh series! Some Olive Trees, Wheatfield with Cypresses, maybe a Mullberry Tree… Hehehe I’m just fantasizing.
Really though, amazing work! I’m so glad you chose this theme.
Oh Wow Eviecats! KUDOS! I am absolutely in love with the piece! I’m trying to scrounge up the change to bid on it. The painting as the back drop really does make it pop! Van Gogh has always been my favorite painter and, of course, Strry Night my favorite painting. I am so impressed! and I like the fact that you don’t air brush, the idea that you had to make each individual brush stroke makes it that much more personal.
Thank you for the details Melody, I have been wondering about when entries opened for the raffles since I joined, its very good to know.
I don’t know how anyone can hate pink. If colors had personalities, I think Pink would always be smiling and hugging people.
LOVE IT! Great work Sirithiliel!
I admit I have a vague idea for the phrase but my idea doesn’t make much sense at all… Can I still join the club??? I really want the badge and I’d wear it proudly! (“No Idea” seems to extend far beyond the quest for me)
Thank you Kiya!!!
I haven’t entered a raffle yet… I read the instructions posted in the “Windstone Raffles” thread but I am wondering WHEN do we enter? I wouldn’t want to bother Melody by cluttering up her email with my entry if she won’t be accepting entries until a certain day.
Oh My Goodness! Must… have… Curlie!
My boyfriend is currently out of work and I told him his new job is store monitor until the curlies are released. I agree, I think they will go quickly like the GB Uni’s.
Oh goodness, I have been looking and looking and cant find a thing! Im getting bummed.
Can the photo be a member’s profile picture or a signature picture? Or do the little smiley faces count as pictures? (maybe silly questions but it seems like the only things I havent analyzed in the serch results)
A few I didn’t see on the poll but would love to see restocked
Pearly Pink Curlie
Glacier Curlie (WolfenMachine mentioned this one as well)
Lavender Pearl Curlie
White Spectral
White Rising Spectral (if it will be coming back into stock at all???)I don’t think Peacock is much like the Indigo at all. I agree some of the Peacock pieces are more blue than others makinging them quite similar to the Indigo, but a true Peacock has the definate presence of the green and violet where the Indigo is deeply and dazzlingly blue.
I cant wait to see the Emperor! If it comes to the canoe… remember to wear a life vest we definately DO NOT want to lose you!!!
SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEAK! I vote yes for sure! I absolutely LOVE the Indigo!! It’s a stunning sapphire blue and the depth and brilliance takes my breath away.
OOOO Yes! Pink Coiled Mama!! And I love the idea of a natural stone egg! Rose quartz would be beautiful!
I discovered a Pink Pearl coiled mother on ravrheart and fell in love! WolfenMachine informed me that there were only two made and I nearly cried. I would be thrilled to see them produced again!
The no snow thing is what gets to me… If we have to deal with the cold at least we could have something pretty to look at. (Mind you I only want to LOOK not shovel or drive in it, just sit inside with a warm blanket and a cup of cocoa and admire through a well insulated window.)
I spent the last two years in Phoenix, and thought that I’d finally get to see some snow, but nope just this bitter cold spell with no winter wonderland. 🙁
Thank you so much WolfenMachine for the wealth of information! It is GREATLY appreciated!
Facinating that they only made two of those pink pearl coiled mothers.
And it is nice to have some direction in my search for my first piece. I really can’t thank you enough. As much I love Windstones, the world of Windstone can be quite intimidating and it is a huge relief to have even the smallest of topics clarified. Thank you again for your guidence.
And Thank you Opal and Sirithiliel for your greetings.
