Were those the 12 that were going to be on ebay?
I was told that the ones going on ebay were deemed less fancy than the rest of the batch and that they aren’t the same group. The ones that got restocked were just stragglers.
Yay! I grabbed one! *Jumping up and down* Thanks so much drag0nfeathers for watching out for me. I got super lucky and noticed that they were in the store before the email notification went out. Unbelievable timing. I think I saw it when there was still 12 in stock. I might’ve got the first one. I can finally detach myself from the computer. Now I’ll have to stare at the mailbox. lol.

Wow, harsh words. I haven’t decided what to do with my lap dragon yet. I said clearly in the classified ad when I listed it that I wasn’t guaranteed to sell it. The classified ads are not ebay ads that end at a specified time. You can reset the expiration date at any time. The reason for the expiration date as I understood it was that old listings wouldn’t be kept up there forever, NOT because it’s a strict auction end time. I’m sorry to keep you waiting but I’m only selling him because I’m low on cash right now and I might be forced to. I lost my job and I’ve been under and incredible amount of stress right now, for many different reasons which I won’t get into at the moment. As for the pictures, I am not the one who is going to get screwed, I’m trying to make sure no one else gets screwed by buying something that is not represented in the pictures. I thought from your email that you were understanding of my position but I guess your patience has run out. I’m sorry for putting you through any distress.
They only use the Windstone image on this forum, but they refer to the ebay listing that contains the pictures I took. I emailed John about it. Hopefully it gets removed. So far the post and the ebay listing are still up there…
Well, update: I got through finally to ebay and filed a report, but so far they haven’t removed the listing. Now the person is advertising their ebay post on the forum. I still haven’t received a response from the email I sent them so basically they don’t care that they stole the photos. Buyers beware.
Argh, how annoying. The seller didn’t respond to my email so I tried using the phone number that Laurie mentioned, but it’s no longer in use. So I tried to report it through the ebay system but they never give you a number to let you speak to a representative. I can’t contact the bidders to warn them either.
They don’t even have the right name for the dragon. I wonder what dragon they actually have, if any. Surprisingly they have 100% feedback. If you’re gonna steal someone’s pictures, at least have the decency to be like ‘these pictures are an example of what you will receive, the actual item hasn’t been removed from the box’ or something like that. Since all Windstones are individually painted they can look slightly different from one to another. And since I took the pictures and still have the item I know they don’t have the exact one pictured. Anywayz, I did end up ebay messaging them. I’ll see if they reply.
