That’s a gorgeous cat, but um…$22,000? 😮 Both of my cats were free. Sneezer was abandoned when his previous owner decied to move and not take Sneezer with him-and Callie was found in a box by the side of the road(along with her brother and sister) I wouldn’t trade them for anything!
I’d like to see the people paying 22k for a cat go adopt a pair from a shelter and make a $21,850 donation 🙄
Hang in there, I’ll keep your family in my prayers! My boss had an angiogram done in November (he’s 78) and was told 3 of his main arteries were 100% blocked-yes 100% Apparenlty the smaller arteries were working over time O_o We were all very worried just like you, and he went in for his surgery on December 5th. I was AMAZED at how quickly the surgery went (he got a triple) and how quickly he was ready to come home. They wanted to send him home 4 days later but there was a snow storm, so he came home the 5th day. Your grandma will be really sore for a while, if you can-back and foot rubs make a world of difference! Because of the way they split the sternum, it puts pressure on the back. My boss finds that the thing that bothers him the most now (almost 2 months out of surgery) is the leg where they removed the vein to use-everything else has healed up nicely!

Kitsunelady-yes I agree!! I did start to antique the fur, clear coated before hand and everything, but as soon as I started it looked terrible 🙁 So I wiped it off 🙁 I am not sure if it was a flaw in what I was doing, or just that the color I was antiquing with was a bad choice. I was also worried about one thing, since the muzzle was already lighter than the rest of the fur, would I have antiqued it too? Or just stopped short of where the lighter fur was? 😕
Ooo, thanks for all the info guys! I’m bookmarking things and taking notes-lol. I have been getting my muse stones from Artbeads.com, that’s where I was looking for the stones 😕 But now I see a few places to order them from, but I see you can’t just get a few, you get a ton! O_o

This is my first kirin, it’s hard to tell but I did try blending. The side scales are metallic purple at the top and blend to metallic blue at the bottom, much easier to see in person. I really don’t think the photos do her justice, in person she’s really quite cute 🙂 She does need a name though!
I have both and prefer a hardcover to a soft, but that being said-a soft cover is more affordable… (I’m no help, am I? hehe)
Yes! And does anyone know of a website that sells them? My usual site didn’t have stones so small… 🙁
