Geez! well, maybe it’s a good think I tend to watch those guys like a hawk1 I do not trust anyone in my house. The one time I was gone, and myhubby was here to supervise a guy sealing off a door, creating a new one, and placing in a raised floor, there were a few things he did that I would have caught right off the bat if i had been there! For instance, he didn’t tear out the wet, old carpet, and so my hubby and I had to do it the hard way after it was done-lo and behold it was wet and musty. Ick. Also, he didn’t put any insulation in the doorway that he sealed up!! That area has been so cod thid winter, and so now I have to tear it open to insulate it more. Yeah-always watch the repair guys.
Yeah, Forcing is killing. The closer it is to hatching, the more likely it is to hatch and not die.. 😛 Here is a site to help you with all of your experiments1 hang out on the chat, and you can help with experiments there. You will learn a lot!!

No, i wish I did! If you want, later tonight I can log onto your scroll and try to catch one for you? You can PM me with your screen name and a temporary password. We can’t be logged in at the same time on your scroll, but I can’t do it for a couple hours-I have to get off here in a second. If not, then that’s okay. Good luck either way!

I’m in the same boat and although I try to be brave and put on that happy face and give off that ‘I can lick this’ attitude, deep down I’m scared. It’s such a shame that so many able bodied and willing people who want to work, yet can’t find anything. I want to be self sufficient and yet here I sit, unemployed for over a year. I thought it was because I was older and some I know have been forced into early retirement because of it.
The problem is that there aren’t enough jobs to go around and employers are swamped with applicants for just one job. Employers then just wade through and pick the best of the bunch–unfortunately, I don’t seem to be in that top bracket either. The only comfort I can offer is that you’re not alone in this. I sometimes just feel so anxious and overwhelmed about all this. Yes, I also want to and try to be happy but find myself down and out a lot.
We will try to offer each other support in times like this and the only thing I can hope for is better times to come. But better times seems to be taking its time. 🙁
Wow, that is really encouraging, that I am not alone. You are right, better times are taking their sweet time, and it seems like the bad times linger for too long. *hug* I really will pray you will get a job!!!

I gave it five minutes until time of death, and I added it into 2 ER’s. I got a few people on the Neglected Experiment Mibbit chat room to auto-refresh it for me, and I watched the unique views closely. I wanted them to reach 45-60 unique views. As the five minutes ticked away, I slowly added it into more ER’s if I felt the UV weren’t going to get into that range within the time frame. So then…miraculously it changed! It had 59 UV! So, I saw it had only one minute left, and I was scared it might die, so even though it was only at Stage 1 of hatching, I forced it and it turned to a hatchie! Wow!! My first one! I hope my experience here helps others who might want one!!
Awesome DM and jerusha! Well, so since no one responded, I bred my 2010 ones and it produced four!! I abandoned them. I have yet to do my 2009 ones. Last year, no eggs were produced from it, so i am scared to try again! lol
