Lately whenever I open up a new thread for the first time I get a blank page. It has the date line at the top and a long post box and that’s it. I reopen the thread and everything shows up normal.
Actually if you scroll down, you will find the message, but yes, it has been happening to me too. What browser are you using? I’m using firefox 13.0 if it makes any difference to the IT people.
Now it’s the third time that I’ve put a pair in my cart and let them slip out at the end of the hour.
Someone PLEASE buy them so I stop being tempted!!!
Put down the mouse and step away from the computer…
If you log out and go away you can’t be tempted. 😉
I missed them if anyone has an extra. I was teaching a class when they hit the store.
I snagged one for setsunawolf on the 3rd go around.
Looks like they are lasting a little bit longer the 2nd time around…
Did Riversgrace get one? I grabbed a 2nd one this time around (couldn’t resist), but would consider transferring it to a husky/wolf person (someone who wants it for keeps – not trade bait, sorry) who missed them.
Pegasi, I guess we will have to post pics of the attic. Dragon61 and I had a floor put in the attic above the garage because of the amount of boxes that go with the collection. And only about half the windstones have boxes. We only kept the official ones with inserts or the official small white/brown ones from Windstone. If it just came bubble wrapped with peanuts, I didn’t save those. There are also most of the boxes for the princeton gallery unicorns and the boxes for the swarovski (sp?) ones and a few others that came with styrofoam inserts.
I have had to remove the auction for the Blue Ice Hatching Emperor. This morning, I noticed green stains and streaks coming through his paint. The colored water that he was dipped in prior to painting has begun to bleed through his paint and turn green. His sister, the Hatching Empress, has also been badly effected. 🙁
This won’t affect any of the other colors dipped prior to painting?. Is it because he was painted in such light colors?
Darn it, and I was high bidder so far. :(. Sigh…hope y’all can fix him!

The Western dragons all have crannies that are difficult to wipe perfectly clean, so they look dirty when you paint them like that.Maybe this would be less of a problem if we used a lighter antique, with more of a tan color.
So that’s why we had so little competition for the ivory emperor. 🙂 I just think it makes them look OLD. Isn’t that what an ivory dragon should look like?
At the time of the Scavenger hunt, it seemed off by a few minutes but that really didn’t bother me. I figured a few minutes could be the delay between when I hit send and it finally processes and shows back up on my screen. The biggest difference happened after the last website update. I noticed it when I got the email that I had a PM and then logged in and looked at the PM and the time was off by somewhere between one and two hours and it wasn’t close to either hour it was at some wierd time in the middle. (If it had been off close to a whole multiple of an hour, I would have figured that it was getting its time from a different time zone.)
Edit: Just did the math. (looked at the forum listing to see “how long ago” my post showed up to take out any internet lag.)
