Yup. It really depends on the banks rules on checks but alot of the time the scammers are pretty high tech and can forge checks really well so the bank thinks it’s legit and since the casher has an account there they give them the money for it before processing.

Urg, its so sad that we have to be so suspiciuous of everyone and everything thse days but if you aren’t you get scammed.

I will have to pull back on spending now though, a commission I was expecting didn’t follow through so I’m only going to be purchasing pieces that I *REALLY* want. I’ve got the black unicorn family (except for the Grand, someday!) and that was my goal so I am happy.

Aaaaannnd… I *just* got news last night that apparently my Mother Unicorn is either pregnant or adopting or both as we have two on the way; a young one and a baby! 😀 Should be here next week!
