I just keep reminding myself I get Cali this summer.. Yep. Cali is my excitement overload vaca XD You guys and your big fancy vacas make me happy (for you) and sad (for me) LOL!
But I do get Disney Land with someone who knows a lot of people who work there, so I get a different experience than the ‘average’ guest at Disney land.. and it’s my first time ever being there o.oCali is fun for tourists though, we’ve got Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park(used to be called the Wild Animal Park), Six Flags, Universal Studios and beaches….we don’t have Hawaii-like water but still beaches….
Bird Rock in La Jolla reminds me a bit of Hawaii. It’s a small area though with just a few beaches, and the water is muuuuuuuuuuuuuuch colder than Hawaii!

Well lucky for me he has been pretty naughty and has been peeing just beside the box instead of IN it.
That may be a sign that he’s associating his litter box with the pain of trying to urinate. Harley did the same thing. Going pee in the litter box hurts too bad, so they try to go pee somewhere else, to get away from the place where all that pain happens.
🙁 Poor little guy. An extra litter tray in a different place might help.
It is appropriate as it will be a Valentine gift for my lovely wife who is the collector of Unicorns, and especially loves the Ki-Rins.

Aaaah! Dragon, I’m sorry about your furbaby, that’s awful! I went through the EXACT same thing with Harley a couple years ago to, it was a horrible, expensive ordeal. Major hugs for you and kitty. 🙁
Harley is healthy and happy now though, so there’s hope for sure!
Wampus’ suggestions on foods were spot on. I had Harley on Purina Urinary Tract formula for the past year and a half, but just recently took him off it and washed my hands of those big-brand foods and their nasty fillers!
I’ve had him on Blue Buffalo, the Indoor formula. He’s been on it for about 2 months now, no trouble so far, and he LOVES it. He used to vomit a lot, but he’s been a barfy cat ever since he was little so I attributed it to him getting into the garbage. Well, when I switched him to BB, the vomiting stopped immediately. YAY 😀
Diet is the best place to start though. Honestly once I got Harley over the hump when he blocked, keeping him healthy is as simple as making sure he has good nutrition.

Thanks Chris, I really am LUCKY that they are great kids and Dakota does seem to have a good head on his shoulders. Good grades is High School, Enrolled in College at 15….I musta done something right and I am now trying to figure out what “THAT” is so I can repeat it with the next 3!! HEHE Hopefully I can manage the same results with Quinn 10.

I’m working on a Cat Gargoyle repair right now. It’s actually pretty simple to match!
Resculpt and sand the area, get it ready to paint. Then start with a light beige. Take a look at other areas of the sculpture where the antiquing is less heavy, to get an idea of the exact beige you need to mix.
Once the undercoat of beige is applied and has dried completely, antique it to match the surrounding areas. I’ve been using a mixture of Burnt Sienna and Mars Black, about half-and-half I’d say, and have gotten really good results. Antiquing it to match the factory’s level of skill takes a lot of careful blending though, so go slow and be patient.
Glad you’re ok with the ‘plan B’ part of the transaction. And seriously! WHAT IS IT with this sculpt? I have one now that I bought, that had been broken. XD
I checked out the forum Eleu linked to, and found my way from there to this blog of some people who are taming a feral kitten, and posting their daily progress with her. She seems a lot like Spooky, really timid. But they’re making great progress with the approach they’re taking! I think you might like it!
He was not amused at the time because I kept singing “What would you do-ooo-oo for a Klondike bar?”
Hahahaha! Oh man that’s funny. I’m sure when he’s healed up he’ll think it’s funny too. 😀 That still stinks though! But at least it’s a good story.
A while back I managed to bevel off my elbow bone, and completely sever the tendon there…. by riding my bike up a 2-inch curb. Yep, 2 inches. I’m smart.
