Yes! I had a lot of fun painting her. I used to paint miniatures, but this is a little different. There are some more colors I would like to try out, and different techniques too!

I don’t think they would be a very popular production color, but i would love, love to have a fledgeling in pink, and actually I think a coiled mother dragon with the egg would be amazing, especially for mother’s day or as a gift for new mothers. I would buy at least one of two of the mothers as gifts…and one for myself! 😀

The griffin chick fell face first onto a tile floor. 🙁 i tried to repair him, but there are still very noticeable crack line on his face. You can sort of see them in the picture.

Purplecat-Thank you! The fledgelings are my favorites, and I’m trying to get one in ever color available. Only missing the Old Green color as of now.

Megani-Chan-thanks! Me too! I have most of the emeralds, all except a few royal hatchers and scratcher which are hard to find, the hatching egg, which I really don’t like the sculpt, and the spectrals which are not my cup of tea. At the time they were my very favorite color, although now I wish i had all the rainbows instead. 🙂

Hello!
I thought I would share with you all my very 1st paint your own dragon! She’s a silver dragon with gold accents. I used liquitex gold and silver paints, and silver leaf for the dragon, and added a little crystal accent to her tail curl. I’m pretty pleased with how she turned out. I would have liked to do a little antiquing to between the scales, but am not yet confident enough painting to do so. What do you think? 🙂

Actually, only the Japanese one from one comapnay are called Super Dollfies, and woe be the person who doesn’t understand that, for in the doll community, they will bite your head off. Not me though. And yes, they are very expensive…and I remeber the good old days when I thought buying my Emerald Emperor was amazingly expensive! 😉

Hmm…windstone is one of my larger collections, and my other large collection is Asian Ball Jointed Dolls.

I also collect LOTR swords, jewelery, etc. Books, Rocks from around the world, and random fairies.

And in case you are wondering, these are some example of an Asian Ball Jointed dolls.
