I sold some pieces and instead of putting the money away like a good girl, I weakened and bought two more colts. I was hoping for “trade bait” (I LOVE that term and tip my hat to whomever coined it), but I don’t think these are going anywhere. I love them, especially the one on the left – despite having no clue what he is based on. 🙂

The colt sculpt has just never done much for me for some reason, but this safari batch has turned that around completely. I almost think the colt sculpt actually shows off the safari pattern even better than the baby uni does. While I definitely have my favorites, I don’t think there is a one I wouldn’t happily include in my little herd. 🙂 (where oh, where is that money tree so I could buy a few more)
Natasha, you have had incredible grabs this go round – congratulations. And you got what was probably my number one – the dark bay zorse. (I think that’s what it was called?) Absolutely gorgeous. 🙂
Etruscan – your quagga family is stunning!!! Congratulations. And if you happen to be a Walking Dead fan, may I suggest the name “Sorghum” – which, according to Eugene, is a “criminally underrated grain”. 😉
Natasha, that picture is absolutely adorable. And snow leopard was my initial thought, but the spots in his rosettes made me question that. But I didn’t think of a clouded leopard and after looking at pics, I think you’re right. 🙂
I couldn’t resist another colt when the limit lifted and I’m so glad I didn’t. Look at this pretty boy, who I presume is jaguar inspired.

Pretties showed up today. Mine appears to be a serval cat and I think it is the one in the store pic. My daughter’s looks to be tabby inspired. We like them both, but are open to trades. 😉

Caught one, too! And I don’t even like colts. Or stripes. I’m just hoping I’ll get one that will pry something on my wishlist out of somebody else’s hands. Otherwise, I will sell it for cost.
Ha! Yeah, I’ve tried that before – and almost every time I end up wanting to keep the one I bought “for trade purposes”…. 😉
