Kiya, thanks for being willing to go to this trouble while dealing with your new little bundle of joy.
If you don’t mind my saying, artists are always their own worst critics (and I have two in my house). He is anything but ugly and I would LOVE to see this come out in production.
I can’t remember which thread had someone suggest a “dark” or Halloween theme for the next grab bag. There were some definite “dittos” that followed, so I thought I would put in a BIG squeak, squeak, squeak for that.
More pretty babies, but LupasLunae – oh, my, you hit the jackpot – just gorgeous. I’m not typically a big fan of the blue eyes, but on yours – perfection.
I don’t really have a source to suggest, but I would try to aim for wooden shelves. It seems most of the horror stories I have heard regarding breaking shelves have been about glass ones. (I cringe even writing about breaking shelves.)
Congratulations, Gina. Your pieces have obviously gotten the “stamp of approval” from collectors. 😀
