As a reminder, please do not post the names, usernames, or personal info (such as locations or contact info) of people with whom you are having a dispute. This is considered “called someone out” and is against our forum rules.

In any given case, there is a good chance that the other person is also a forum member or a Windstone customer.
Hi guys,
Mashubert was kind enough to update her original post (thank you!), but we need to make sure that we are not discussing concerns about a specific seller as per forum rules around seller feedback.
Please remember it is against forum rules to post details of transactions with member names attached and only offer suggestions on reaching Hawkshadow or general support (for example – I hope you are able to get in touch).
Thank you for your cooperation!

Although this thread was made with the best of intentions, it does violate our forum rules regarding the posting of negative feedback and warnings against eBay sellers (or any off-site seller or buyer). Because Windstone also sells on eBay, it could potentially cause problems for us if another eBay seller finds out that negative feedback has been posted about them on our site. I have locked this thread to further replies.
If you have an issue with an eBay seller, please contact eBay. If you are having trouble contacting eBay through their online methods, here are their customer service numbers:
866-877-3229
877-322-9081eBay can also be reached through these numbers:
800-322-9266
888-749-3229Hello,
We only allow thread bumping after 10 days in the flea market. Please make sure you have reviewed the flea market rules when using this area of the forum.
Bumping is covered in rule #3.

April 9, 2012 at 6:34 pm in reply to: Have Brand New Peacock Wizard Cat comming will trade for Silver OW. or Red Fire OW. #878033Although we will soon be closing the Flea Market, I ask that you please continue to follow the Flea Market rules. Specifically:
“Don’t reply to Flea Market threads with unrelated comments or questions. […] Comments or questions that ARE considered relevant in the Flea Market would include: anything specifically related to your interest in buying from, selling to, or trading with another member.”
In other words, if your reply is about anything other than your direct interest in buying from/selling to/trading with the original poster, please send it privately. Do not post it in the Flea Market.
When posting a reply in the Flea Market, please be mindful of our rules regarding bumping:
“If you are not the original author, don’t reply to a thread that gone more than 10 days without a new reply or update. If you need to contact the original author, PM them instead. An exception is if the thread has been permanently “stickied” or “pinned” to the top of the thread list (these threads will have a thumbtack icon next to them).”

Thanks!
Please remember that comments on the flea market should be related to your intention to purchase a piece (if you are a buyer) or to answer a question from a potential purchaser (if you are a seller).
Please review the flea market rules and if you still have any questions, please feel free to send me a PM.
This thread is being locked. Please review rule #8 in the flea market rules and guidelines: http://windstoneeditions.com/forum/flea-market-rules-guidelines-mar-14-important-updates-see-reply
Windstone actively discourages repainting and requests that forum members not sell repaints or offer to repaint items on this forum.
This also extends to requesting to buy sculpts for the express purpose of repainting.
You are welcome to post a new WTB thread asking to purchase an emperor – once you have it, we cannot control what you do with it.
Hello virgy1 and welcome to the forum! I’m glad to see a new member! But please take a moment to review the flea market rules:
http://windstoneeditions.com/forum/flea-market-rules-guidelines-mar-14-important-updates-see-reply
Specifically:
2. Don’t create multiple active threads. If you are selling or looking to buy multiple items at the same time, please put them all in one thread and update/edit that thread accordingly.
3. “Bumping”. Bumping is the act of posting a reply to an older thread and moving it to the top position in the thread list, usually as a way of drawing attention to that thread. Bumping is allowed, but with restrictions:
– Wait at least 10 days before bumping your thread.I have to ask that everyone, even our new members, follow these rules when posting to the flea market.
You’re welcome to PM me with any questions! We also have this thread to help people in their search for Windstones – it may help you with some places to look: http://windstoneeditions.com/forum/looking-windstone-read-first
Thank you!
I can understand your concern; however, we have implemented this rule to avoid potential abuse. Advising someone to check ebay falls under “general advice on how to find Windstones”. Links to specific ebay auctions are acceptable if they match the item in question, but general advice to check ebay will continue to be disallowed.
If you wish to continue this discussion, you may PM me (please do not reply to this thread). If you have concerns about moderation decisions or the Flea Market rules, you are also welcome to contact John.

I have updated the Non-Windstone Flea Market rules to address some issues I had overlooked before.
Rule #3 has been given some clarification regarding what types of replies are allowed. Additionally, I have added the following sub-rule: If you are not the original author, don’t reply to a thread that gone more than 10 days without a new reply or update. If you need to contact the original author, PM them instead. An exception is if the thread has been permanently “stickied” or “pinned” to the top of the thread list (these threads will have a thumbtack icon next to them).
Please take a moment to re-read rules #1 and #3, and PM me if you have any questions.
