I don’t get the whole need to text message someone during a movie. For the second time this summer (1st time during Live Free and Die Hard) I was sitting by someone who just HAD to text message during the movie. I find that very distracting. And the guy started doing it again just before the climatic scene in the Department of Mysteries which is a very dark scene. So I very politely asked him to close the phone as it was distracting. He actually apologized and did – after another minute. But why do it in the first place? A lit up screen in a dark theater is very obvious. 👿
ROFL! Were you in my theatre? The EXACT same thing happened to me! Only difference was that I wasn’t the one that told the guy, “You know, EVERYONE can see that.” But seriously, it played out EXACTLY like that. Kinda spooky x_X

I also agree it’s the owner, so I guess I’m not useful producing a counter-arguement. My friend has a mastif with the head the size of a freaking basketball, and though I balked when I first saw her I soon came to realise she’s an utter sweetheart. The only dog that ever attacked me was an airedale that lunged for my freaking face the first time it laid eyes on me. Thank goodness it was on a chain. The owners had just moved in and were in the front yard with it. I must say they were umm… the only less desirable neighbors that I remember ever moving into my neighborhood :-/
Hehe, I was just talking to Wolflodge about this yesterday when I was at her store. Count me and my hubby in for the SLO ren faire Windstone extravaganza! 😀
