Can’t STAND paypal. I recently didn’t get an item, opened a paypal claim, was denied- opened a bank claim which was decided by my bank in my favor. Paypal said I owed them the money BACK from the bank even though there is no signature or proof that I received the items. In the mean time, my account was locked and 2 people sent money without asking so I had $50 sitting in there they locked up to ‘pay towards what I ‘owe”. I called, and tried to argue it- no joke- they told me if I did not pay they would find my relatives’ paypal’s and lock them all up too until they got the money they were owed. I did not get the guy’s name and am kicking myself. I cannot believe they would say something like that. I said have fun figuring out who they are and hung up. This was a couple weeks ago, still steaming angry re-thinking about it
