A few other things that can help utility bills are
    1. Putting a few bricks in your toilet resavour to reduce water.
    2. Plastic Drafty windows in the winter.
    3. Make sure your atic is well insulated.
    4. Use the dishwasher only when completely full.
    5. Do only full loads of laundry and with cold water.
    6. Use only cold water to wash your hands and turn the water off while your scrubbing your hands.
    7. place all electronics on a power strip that you can turn completely off. They use power as long as they are plugged in, even if you’re not using them. and finally for the more desprete,
    8. Take only showers, and only run the water while you get wet, and rinse. This saves water, and the electricity for the water heater.*Warning* There is a brief blast of cold water while the water heats back up. 😀

When a similar thing happened to us, e-bay told us to be carefull with anyone requesting money orders becuase they are a lot more likely to be scams. According to them, there was really no way to track it down and get your money back. Sad to here it happened to you. Good luck with whatever you do. 🙁

Wow, purpletabby watched it 4 or 5 times and still didn’t see it. Even when I pointed right at the bear, she says “where I don’t see a bear” LOL

Being a cyclist myself, that was really cool. I don’t know how many times I’ll be riding along at 30, 35 mph and someone pull out in front of me. Like whoa, I might be on a bike, but 300 lbs @ 30 mph still = a lot of damage. By the way, I missed the bear too. He was black, in with all the black players. So I rulled it out as not important. Doh!

We had a sweet red electric guitar for some time, but we never had time to learn to play. Purpletabby ended up giving it away. 😥

🙁 I know my wife and I don’t lock our car doors either. But we rarely keep anything of value in it. When we first got married the same thing happened in our neighborhood. Unfortunately our next door neighbor’s car was locked and he ended up with broken windows that for some reason the insurance company didn’t pay for. We just ended up with a couple of stolen CD’s. I dislike greedy people.

I know my wife is always telling me to always post something. A “wow”, a 😈 , a LOL. Something, just to let people know you were Here, and had a thought. At least that’s what she says. I tend not to say much of anything unless its something that hasn’t been said, or in a way it hasn’t been said. I’m just a quiet observer, who can’t spell. I think that irritates her. Or SCARES her maybe 😈

All 3 of ours were not planned. In fact the 3rd one was a major surprise. But what I have found is that despite all the fears of what could happen and the frustration of what they will do wrong and what they will break, none of it compairs to the overall joy, happiness and love that you will experience because you have children. So I am glad that despite your fears, you guys have decided to have them anyway. Get R Done!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with purplecat, you need to talk with him yourself first. But I think you should see if you can attend the session with him as well. The school is trying to cover the subject because of the frequency of this crime to younger children. Also many parents are reluctent to teach their children about this subject, often waiting untill some else has already educated them, weather that be to the good or bad. I thought it was great that you had already begun approaching this subject with him. 🙂

Biking will help it heal by keeping the weight off of the joint, and biking doesn’t have the impact that joging has so it’s better for the joint anyway. But with the repeated damage to her knee she needs to stay off of it for a few days to let the tendons and ligaments reset themselves. Then if she wants biking would be great. Yes that means I will have to fix my bike that I broke a few weeks ago so she can go. Oh, and thank you all for your comments. She never listens to me unless I tell her what she wants to hear. Thank you.
