Location: North Idaho Panhandle ( 2 hours from Washington, 1 from Montana and 3 from Canada.
Types of repairs done: I’d be willing to do most anything, however I experience in touch ups, chips, re-sculpting of small areas too damaged to piece together. I specialize in replacing/repairing broken tangs on unicorn horns and resetting them. Yes, tangs can be replaced, but not easily and very carefully.
Repair experience: I’ve been collecting Windstones and creating art since 2012, and doing repairs (mostly minor) since 2013

Completion time estimates: 1-2 week turnaround for small jobs such as chips, flea bites, and touch ups, 3 weeks for moderate jobs such as clean breaks or large chips, 2 months for really broken pieces that require re-sculpting and major repair (be aware that these are estimates that can vary on the size of the job and my current workload, I am an artist as a living, not a hobby and often have several clients)

I can get you a whole case of Aero bars though if you really want some. There’s a store here that sells them that way.

nope, first i live 50 miles from the first larger city, and 120 from the next. We have walmart locally…but you have to go to spokane or cda for other stuff and they dont carry anything like that. its all like costco and fredmeyers. There are some cool shops that make hommade truffles that are awesome though!

We have an “English” snack section here as well, in places like WalMart 😉 Lots of good chocolate there as well, but pricier than our own Canadian bars 😉 The ‘Wispa’ bar is one of the English ones, its kinda like an Aero bar, but comes in thin pieces, not a thicker bar like the Aero.
Has anyone heard of the Mirage bar? The Mirage is a FAT Aero bar, a chunky form full of bubbles, and tastes just as good 🙂
ya, but Canada has restrictions on what can be put in your food sweetener and chemical-wise. They dont have stuff like that here. Thats why the are no oreo brand oreos there, they have corn syrup and other stuff in em.

What other chocolate bars do you not have there? I don’t mind shipping them too, especially in the fall or winter when it’s cooler so they won’t melt in shipping.
How would I know what we don’t have? LOL What do you guys have? Aero bars are the only canadian chocolate I have had. I’d love to try any and write reviews, itd be fun 🙂
I wish we had em but Hershey’s owns america and most of thier chocolate is full of preservatives, stabilizers (to prevent melting) and like syrups. Why would you need those? I’d pay a little more for an aerobar anyday. Well, really, they are amazing…:)

Laundry2011 visited a friend in BC last spring and hasn’t had a chance back. And I have no passport. Gripping things is a pain right now (literally)

The inks scanned weirdly, it does not look blocky and muddy in person. This wolf may or may not be done in Colored pencil and I will be doing a small matching sculpture for the client.
Joy, another piece for dragonstar, the wonderful gal I did the Sea Horse for. This will be just black and white.

They are working on it, its a lot of work, thats for sure! I do believe you have to have your working prototype together though first. I could be wrong though.
