Ok I am not an artist, but this thread is confusing me—I have seen a lot of PYO dragons or wolves, that were so gorgeous, that I would like to commission those artists to do paint something for me someday. Is this ruling designed to delete these PYO painted sculptures from being shown or sold on this forum? After all, Windstone sells PYO sculptures, and even has tutorials for painting them, so why would there be a problem if somebody sells these on their forum? Or is this relating to other kinds of artwork unrelated to PYO’s? :scratch:
No I saw it was a BIN, but since you get alerts of new listings, if you could have reported it before it sold, then it could have been pulled. I’m surprised somebody paid that much, when yours is less so far (last time I saw), unless somebody really wanted to get it right away. I supposed it’s too late for you to put up a BIN on yours, now that you have bids, huh? 🙄 :shrug: Anyway sleep tight.
Actually, if you had reported it to Ebay before the auction ended, you could have even done it anonymously, just pointed out that the picture was identical to one used in auction number (your auction), Ebay would have removed their listing, and they would not have been able to relist it, until they remove they copied content. I was reported once, when selling concert tickets, we all use the “tour pictures” in our ticket ads, but I had 100% feedback, and lower reserve than the “powersellers”, so one of my competitors got one of my Toby Keith pair ticket ads pulled, and I had bidders already, so their bids were removed, they were told my listing was removed, and that put my ad out to where I barely had time to get them to the customer prior to the concert. But we all use that same material, so I should not have had my ad pulled, but if a seller uses another seller’s private pictures, then they are supposed to get permission. 👿
If you are able to see the forum thread, you will likely see when the next batch of curlies comes out in the “Windstone Store Discussion” announcements. Once you see that, you should be able to call Susie, and have her hold one for you. I think it was an abberation that they and some members were having trouble linking to the store that one day.
As far as I know, there has not been a second batch yet–Susie will notify everyone that asked for email alerts, and it will be announced under the Windstone Store Discussion thread in the forum, but there has only been the first batch release on March 25. It will probably be later this week at the earliest before the next batch is ready… 😀

Well, when you think about it, a batch of 50 would only retail for $2500.00 plus shipping. I think we are all fortunate about that rule, and that in the past, one person hasn’t just purchased the ENTIRE batch at once–if that happened, we would all be paying much higher costs on Ebay for these pieces. I think that as long as the store can easily sell out the next batch, there should be a limit of 2 on the next batch, also. After all, what if Donald Trump joins the forum? XD XD XD XD XD XD XD XD XD

So, we have received our Amethyst curlies, or have at least seen pictures of what they look like–so who wants to squeak for an Amethyst Sun Dragon, besides me? And how would you want to see it designed? My vote would be for the darker violet on the scales, the amethyst color on the ridge and underbody, with both colors airbrushed on the feet, Silver-plated horns and teeth, the same brown fur as the peacock and ruby sun, and dichroic eyes. If the dichroic eyes automatically makes it an LP on Ebay, however, then I take back that vote, and with for orange eyes. That is my Dream dragon! squeek* squeek* squeek*
We won’t talk on this thread about how I want this in an OW, also, lol! squeek* squeek*My vote is for the 2nd batch to be orange-eyed again…so that people that didn’t get them yet, could still get one, and then a green-eyed batch, maybe. But I would still like to see the silver, lavender pearl, blue pearl and pink come back into the store. Those were not limited to one per person before, and a lot of people missed out on those. My vote on silver would be blue-eyed first. squeek*
