Our furnace broke Friday night, guy came looked, came back saturday, blew up two thermostats, said he would come back…has not yet, today water throughout the trailer is frozen…did I mention that it’s frigging COLD out?

And gosh I swear everyone is taking our snow…Here in north idaho, natta, sunny, maybe three inches on the ground, while meanwhile in michigan they are getting 20 inches over two (three?) days. although sure not missen the -30 thing they got going at home..whine for snow…i know im weird, i love it!

It feels like I’m never going to catch up from the holidays. Add to that I have to finish a report in one day that I normally spend two weeks (in the afternoon everyday) working on. Thank goodness my boss said I could use a modified of the excel macro I use for something similar or else I’d never get it done.
Of course if our programmers weren’t assholes and listened to how they could fix the damn program to begin with, but NOOOO! that requires them changing things that they changed from a previous version that worked better.
I am not one to complain and whine about life as I know we all have horrid times but since the first of the year… I have to tell you.I want to go hide for awhile and hope my black cloud loses sight of me for a bit.Since the 1st…..
My water froze because we rarely have that hard a freeze for so long and I have a husband that rarely listens to his wife.So,$500 to replace the water pump to the well not to mention water lines and labor costs.My car needs front tires desperately,I’m starting to slide in the rain,a side mirror since someone took it out for me in a parking lot,needs a paint job desperately,it is trying to grow mold because of this horrific,yuck yard I live in and mold grows on everything here.Then everytime it rains,it tears our more driveway holes and now my car drags when I go down it.People bring in their big trucks and SUVs,tear it out more because they get stuck thinking they can drive anywhere and leave really bad ruts which makes my little car slide.My house heater went out last night so I am currently thankful for the slight warm up.Not to mention Jeff missed a week of work due to Christmas and folks in construction know what that is like during the holidays and it takes weeks to catch up.One of my dogs has been diagnosed with a cancer spot on her hip this week and lord knows what that will cost.My laptop went out and now I had to go back on my word purchasing a Windstone from a friend which broke my heart not to mention breaking my word bond not to mention losing the money already sent.My one of a kind handpainted Emu Egg just rolled off it’s holder onto the floor at my feet just now and not a thing was moving in the house.That broke heart even more.I need a good hot shower,no water.I had 50 2Lt. bottles of water stashed around here for a year for emergencies just as this but Jeff fussed about me being obsessive about it and made me throw them all out about a month ago.NOW I need them!!He will not make a plan and stick to it and puts life off until tomorrow.He doesn’t seem to notice life passing by as he is busy worrying about plans for tomorrow. I truly need a job and rejuvenination.I need to move.I need to smile and be happy like I usually am.I feel empty and very lonely lately.One or two things…eh,okay,that’s life but for goodness sakes,when it keeps on coming none stop for days and days without a break it darkens the Soul.
ok,done fussing…going to get a shot glass,grab my 4 Roses whiskey,iced Sprite and have a sit down all by my lonesome self. S) :((

Sorry to hear that Bodine. How cold did it get there? I didn’t know things were freezing that far south. You are not the only one to go through some things though. I heard from another lady who has also had a bad start to the year with car and pet problems and things too. I think life just likes to dump everything on us at once sometimes. Luckily things are looking up for me but I had a rough few years in housing and relationship areas and am now just focusing on being grateful for what I do have instead of thinking about what I don’t have anymore. It has helped me. Hope things get better!

If you ever get another heavy frost warning, open all of your taps just barely, but enough to get a drip. That’ll get the water moving and prevent it from freezing.
As for cheering you up… You’ll get a surprise in the mail next week 😀

Bodine, hang in there girl! Spring is just around the corner, construction will pick up, repairs will be made and peace will reign once again. (I’m out of cliches…. )

4. September Raffle Prize 2022 AHD Male GriffinHusbands Twitter account was hacked last night. Bot sent direct messages to all he follows as well as an @ message. He has been bombarded this morning with “Change you password” messages. He knows and plans to, just hasn’t been on a computer yet.
We use a prepaid JetPack from Verizon to access the Internet. Last month it would let us load funds, but not choose our data plan we wanted. I called and had a tech do it for us. He was supposed to do the 10 gig plan. When I refreshed the screen after I noticed it said unlimited plan. I mentioned it to the tech and he said “Huh, that’s odd”. We kept checking, figuring it would swap to the 10 gig like it was supposed to be and it never did, nor did it ever display how much data we were using. We got a bill via email last night for $350. I don’t think so. So my internet is most likely about to be limited to my phone again. 🙁
*sigh* Had a horrible 24 hour bug earlier in the week, then from the strain of being sick I got tonsillitis, now I have cramps >_< Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I do not want to be at work, but I'm all out of sick time now *whines* I just wanna feel better again! *sob*
