I hear you. We didn’t even get a decent summer (rainy and cool) It’s been cold and wet all September and we’ve already had snow….

Geez!! Out here in Pennsylvania it has been 78 degrees F, and sunny (and HOT). We need a little of your rain!September 20, 2010 at 7:41 pm #820376😀 It’s been in the 90’s here since April and a VERY dry wet season- something approaching a foot below average. It’s lower 90’s now though, not upper or triple digits… that’s real nice if only we could get some rain!

Oklahoma is above avg temp right now. Lower 90’s but we are getting rain.so it’s very humid!
But still, this is cool from mid summer where it was 100-110’s for a while.September 21, 2010 at 2:52 am #820378Having trouble coming up with the money to get my lynx point flapper that looks like my Tread!!! 🙁
I’ll trade a tanzanite and gold necklace if someone buys it for me. Oh that should be in the swap and trade thread. Follow me there. 😉September 21, 2010 at 4:24 am #820379I’m aggravated about not being able to get the wifi on my DS to work, no matter what hotspot I go to. Blargle. *flails* I’ve been trying for a couple months to get it to work! *shrieks* All I want is a frikking Drifloon for my Pokemon SoulSilver game, nammit. *shakes fist* 😐

I haven’t seen these before but since she doesn’t like regular treats…these seem the same. I’ll give them a try though. Not like I have anything to lose. Thanks Peg!!
Got the pill pockets. Pulled one out just to see, and will she eat it?? No. 😡 We’re going on our honeymoon Oct 7 and I have no idea what to do. I don’t want to have to board her since she’s 18, is extremely skittish, freaks out and hides if anyone but me or hubby are in the house and has never been away from home before. We were just going to have a neighbour look in on them but she’ll never be able to even find Tarma to give her the pills (skittish part there). Plus boarding for the 10 days we’re away is going to cost us another $300 that we don’t have. 🙄
September 23, 2010 at 5:13 am #820381Why is it that every time something breaks on my car it costs ~$300 to repair it? Current item needing repair? Driver’s front window regulator and motor.
September 23, 2010 at 5:45 pm #820382I would have APPRECIATED it if it could just stop raining/flooding long enough so I could just cram down a little lunch without having to stop three times to bail more water and wash my hands for the 827th time today!! 👿
(But I feel bad for the folks south of me with 8 inches and counting. STOP %$@* RAINING ALREADY!!! 😡 )

Yeah. No fun.Too bad you can’t send some of that rain our way. We could really use it. Even the weeds are wilting!
September 23, 2010 at 9:07 pm #820385Jealous of everyone that’s enjoying coming into Autumn as FL continues to roast and rot in the 90s *plus* heat index and humidity. Ironically, wish a hurricane or TS would hit just to break the monotony (and bring rain) from the 7th circle of hell-o-heat. I’d kill for the 70s that some think is hot!! That is our nighttime temperature right now but if you add in humidity, dead of night is still in the 80s. I’m from the north so I really, really do miss autumn. It’s just never been the same Halloween, T-giving or even Christmas in this state as it always was up north. *sigh*

September 23, 2010 at 11:46 pm #820386AUGH it was pouring rain ALL DAY/NIGHT yesterday and the roof leaked in like three different places. This happens every time it rains that hard and is really windy. So it started leaking down the wall by my bed and my pretty white tiger poster got all wet. T____T Luckily I caught it early enough so the damage isn’t too bad, but still… wahh!! *flails* We have a southwest style house with a flat roof so yeah. The drainage things don’t work too well apparently. 🙄

Final cost: $370.42. That’s a test paint Windstone right there.

I feel your pain, my hubby blew the head gasket on his truck, which caused the radiator to die. Final cost: $2452.00 The truck isn’t even worth $2452. Can we go back to riding horses?
