The Quagga Male still hasn’t made his way here yet. He made a detour over in Arizona for a while but he’s finally back on track towards the east coast. Hopefully I will have him by Monday or Tuesday.

If anyone is looking for an Old Green Emperor, one has been listed on ebay. No original box, and shipping seems low, and it’s identified as Peacock, so it’s not ideal for buying with confidence … but the photos definitely show an Old Green Emperor.

There are forum members who can pack them to travel safely without their boxes. I have one that Wolfen picked up for me and packed and shipped. It was totally supported and a giant bubble wrapped burrito when he arrived. So it can be done.

I have a box that I ship out to sellers if I ever buy an emperor, but still… someone didn’t understand how to fit it in the box and it still came broken so… I am always reluctant to buy Emperors, Scratchers, and Laps off ebay. (unless they’re direct from windstone) But those sculpts seem to be the victims of poor packing the most often.
