If the inserts were shaped like a smile, it was placed inside the direction of a frown… if that makes sense. So the horns were under tremendous pressure. Thankfully it wasn’t more damaged. If the box was forced shut it would have been far worse but it was taped with the cardboard flaps half bent because the inserts were half way out of the box. Because it was in there upside down it wouldn’t shut.

I had to label my adult oriental box. It’s not really intuitive. The others colors go into their boxes so much easier.

Sun Dragon Koi #3When I get one of the larger pieces that has inserts, I immediately label them as ‘Top’ ‘Bottom’ and ‘This end is the top’ with arrows, so that when I remove the sculpture I now have a frame of reference on how to put it back in.

It’s odd how often this has been happening to me lately. I have literally stopped getting excited when people say they have the original box now LOL! Still very happy with this girl though. She was a grail of mine for nearly a decade <3
I think that I tried every possible wrong combination when packing the “Barn Swallow” mother griffin. I finally found an arrangement that let the box close properly, so I hope it was right!
The Emperor is the strangest piece to pack (in my opinion). If I recall correctly, he travels on his back.
Is this the correct place to list an “ impossible at this time “ WE Grail ??

What a great color, Courtney! I am on the waitlist for a Male dragon :). The MCD looks great in Stone as well. Her wings in particular really grabbed my eye.

I can’t wait for the Bantam Dragon in Stone to be stocked in the store after the Kickstarter orders are all shipped/delivered. I didn’t have the funds to add one before the KS ended. I like the Mother Coiled and Mini-Keeper in Stone as well.

Does anyone know if there was mention of completing the dragon line in Stone? I would really like to see the Mother dragon and Fledgling in this color too! I bet the Spectral would wear it well.
