You may be encountering the problem of a small company with limited time and staffing. Introducing a new color (and keeping their customers happy) means a commitment to produce all the dragons, or whatever, in that color. That’s a lot of casting and painting!

4. September Raffle Prize 2022 AHD Male GriffinYes, I understand staffing. I work doing limited production with a small staff. Personally, I’d prefer to see LPs as frequently as grab bag offerings. That may mean fewer grab bags, or hiring a couple of people. It’s all up to Melody setting the priorities in the end.
We can use the website as a “schedule” of color releases, on an older sculpt that did not have to play catch-up to older colors. Looks like once a year-ish.

Hi Ericka and welcome. I wish I had room and money for all the dragons too! Aren’t they all gorgeous? I started with a couple young and fledgling dragons and now have quite a variety of many different creatures Melody makes. I also have a couple hatching dragons, a couple of the new Oriental dragons and a male rainbow dragon and that’s my biggest piece besides a male Griffin. The rest of mine are mostly smaller grab bags.
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!

True – but sometimes the winner decides that the piece doesn’t look the way he/she was expecting based on the ebay photos. It never hurts to let people know that you would be happy to have it.

I saw this in ebay and know that there are a couple of people who are looking for this piece. The seller seems very nice.
