Gina is working on painting Qi-lins in “ivory”. The one in the back is a test paint I did. ( I dunked him in my tea, the mane is painted).
The one in front is a test paint production version. He still needs his mane to be a little darker and some pink pearl on his whiskers, hooves, and nose.

Cinnabar red would be a great color for these! I don’t usually like black antiquing, but on cinnabar it would look good. I realize it was probably photoshopped in, but I really liked the less orange eyes in the original test paint picture. Maybe metallic straw would be close?
