What to do about the PYO swap – updated with a poll

I have got to start leaving my email addy with the coordinator of these things while I am in limbo. I have missed every one of them so far. Do you guys pick who you are swapping with? I have no idea how you run these things. Do you get to pick what type of piece you want? Who participates in these swaps? I am totally curious now…

Dragonmedley has offered to coordinate this swap for us. When the time comes, PM her with your mail address and your preferences for PYO sculpt and color. She will then at random match up swap partners – but if, say, I paint for Ski, Ski won’t be painting for me. I’ll get my swap piece from emerald or somebody else.

By example…I asked last time for a griffin with grey eyes and with green black purple and silver for his colors. I got a marvelously painted griffin in just those colors from Emerald for my swap. Beware what you might get though if you don’t specify what you want. I painted a Sun Conure Griffin for Spark cuz she left it open ended, I’m not sure if he was what she wanted, but I loved painting him! (I prefer to paint Griffins and wolves. 😀 )
It is a fun and enjoyable time to share your visions with someone else. This time, I will most likely specify sculpt eye color and colours to use, but not a pattern yet again. Oooooh, I can’t wait to do another swap! 😆

oooo that sounds like fun. I would like to be in on this one. By January I should have some money again. This makes total sense to me. I will really enjoy doing this swap.
