I would *love* a lap dragon in that color. At the risk of sounding silly- this will be a production color, right? I need to know if I should start saving for that lap dragon or not. 🙂

It’s supposed to be a production color, it is for the Mother and Male so far… I don’t think we know yet if the Hatchling, Lap or Spec. will be production pieces or ebay ones…right ?

Well they have a hatcher on ebay right now… so I’m guessing it’ll be a full production piece color.

Since the Hatcher is only on ebay that’s why I said I wasn’t sure if it was production or eBay only… the Mother and Male are both in the dealer catalog.

If anyone finds out whether the lap dragon will be a production piece or not I would love to know- I wont be able to afford it if its just a special ebay only piece.

Can’t sorry. I don’t have a Ruby Mother. They retired and I sold out.

Also, this is the new REGULAR PRODUCTION line. The ones on Ebay are the 10 special colored ones, just like they did with the Wolf Griffins and Intense Violet EmPeas. All of the pieces should be made in the regular production Red Fire color at some time.

The Golds were an exception because they didn’t know that they were going to do them as regular production when they put the Lap and Fledgling in the store as LPs. The Red Fire won’t be LP, it is RP.

It looks like the main color is the same as the Ruby and then they added the orange. Im not saying it does not look nice, just that I am sliiightly dissapointed that the main color looks to be Ruby. This would be the first time I have been dissapointed by something; It was bound to happen eventually.

Understood and it does look like the same red I just really like the contrast compared to the Ruby

they have all 3 in the catalog now….Melody posted the link in the announcements….

and she did say….in the post in ask Melody…that the lap and spectral would be done too….if it’s a new production color….special ones will be on ebay but regular ones should be available later

I think the first 10 e-bay rule applies here, but they are not signed anymore so why pay more then production for them??
