The store looks pretty good from what I did see, though I really disliked having only twelve images per page — it ups the number of pages for certain categories into the truly unwieldy! Especially since the categories aren’t separated from the individual items.
If you click on a category it will take you to those items, if that is what you mean. The dragons have another layer – you need to click on those subcategories to find the Spectral Dragons, or curlies, or whatever. I agree that it is confusing to have the category photos followed immediately by the Baby Dragons.
March 8, 2016 at 6:24 pm #943165We know the store is visually/aesthetically a mess right now! Trust me, that will be made pretty and lovely again (no one likes an ugly store). The team fixing this is very, very small and they have to focus on one aspect at a time, and right now they are trying to get a functional store.
As of posting this, it is most helpful for you to test the functionality of the shop, if you can. Let us know here or by emailing Susie if you encounter bugs regarding the functions of the store, especially related to actually placing orders! Thanks so much!!

…When I used Firefox search for Windstone’s site, it linked me directly to the shop. I “logged in”, then the site proceeded to tell me that I need to re-set my password. I entered my username, and password and it told me it was invalid. So…I added my email and checked it. The User name was wrong. It was my old one: “CozmicDreamer”. I don’t use that anymore.
Then I logged in using my bookmarked link from my Firefox toolbar and, and I clicked on the forum, and logged in as I always have with my correct username, and password with no issues. Why did that happen? I do not want to get locked out…

March 8, 2016 at 7:24 pm #943169If you are in the store and click the very top header for ‘Windstone Editions’, the link is for windstonestore.com, not the Windstone Editions homepage like you would expect. Firefox, IE, and Chrome browsers – laptop
I’ll play around with a few browsers on my computer and my phone tonight to try and pinpoint bugs.

I would love to be able to see the items I have asked to be notified about, but I can’t find it. Could someone tell me where the list is? Please?

After you click “Join Waitlist”, there is a message below the item description that reads “Out of stock – You are on the waitlist for this product”. Also, the button now says “Leave Waitlist”.
I don’t think there is an overall list, or if there is I haven’t found it yet, but you are able to identify the pieces for which you are on the waitlist.

Also, I would prefer that default mode for “Remember Me” on the Log In page was unchecked, but I may be in the minority on that one. Under the current set-up I need to uncheck it every time I log in.

ditto, if I see it’s getting down to like one or two then I might buy since there may not be new ones for a bit…if I see more than 10, then I know I have more time to scratch up the funds….

In the meantime, you can always press the little “up” arrow as if you are adding a number of them to your cart and it will stop when it gets to all that are available.
March 9, 2016 at 1:19 am #943193Now the store shows the quantity left in stock when it is 5 or less. You have to see it on the product’s actual page (not the category page).
