Yeah so after thinking one of the few stores in the Maryland area might have a scratcher that I could get I ended up screwing myself out of many chances to get one. This morning I got an email from a store in Washington that had one left and would sell it to me. /happydanceofjoy!!!! I’m gonna sit by the mailbox until it gets here!
I have loved the scratchers since I first saw them in the windstone flyer. The store I used to get my windstones from never carried any of the larger dragons so I never had a chance to get this guy. Now I have to find an old warrior and I can die happy.
Well, I am just watching out for you…just incase you haven’t thought about that part. I would ask them how they package stuff and what happens if it does break.
Congrats, purpledoggy! Scratchers are one of my favorite poses too. They look very alive. Dragoness is right, though – specifically ask for lots of peanuts, foam, and double boxing.
Oh, don’t take it so hard, purpledoggy. Statistically seen I’m sure most Windstones do just fine in transit. Mine always have, even across the ocean.
