I had a cockatiel named Joe until last April 🙁 he was somewhere around 25 and he was so awesome. Cockatiels are so cute and loving <3

I had a bird back in the day. I miss some things about them, but I don’t miss their messy habits 🙂
My ferrets are actually just fine around windstones… they just like pushing anything off of things (tables, counters, etc). The windstones I have on the floor have never been injured.
My cats have never touched a windstone.lol spoke too soon. Tiger keeper down. And unlike the phoenix that had a clean break, this guy got shattered on his broken parts. He probably landed on one of the hard jack-o-lantern pumpkin sculptures that were also pushed off.
Lesson learned. I put all the pyos on that table onto a higher, non-ferret accessible table.
You think I’d be angry or sad, but I’m just “meh” lol.Ugh! I actually said “AW!” when I saw that photo – I was just noting to myself the other day how that part of the wings on a Keeper PYO would be the most fragile and likely to break.. at least it doesn’t look too bad! It sucks that it happened but it definitely doesn’t mar the beauty of the piece overall 🙂

I’ve done a good bit on mine today. I am enjoying a painting weekend at my mother-in-law’s… there’s art supplies all over the table, chocolate, and hot tea! 8)
Gah! You guys are making me feel bad. I haven’t even started mine yet 🙄 . It’s going to have to wait until next week. Got to many other things going on this week.
