February 21, 2009 at 2:16 am #684055Thanks everyone for the congrats on the tiger, I really will try to post pictures when I get him, but I’m really not good at it like I said, but I’ll do the best I can.
I wanted to add a bit about the packing problem: I bought 2 wizard’s retreats from a seller that had 2 at a reasonable price, but when they got here, one had been chipped in the packing process. I emailed the seller and said what had happened (it was obvious, the tip had gone right through the plastic bag) and they said to mail it back and they would refund the money, no problem. Because of various things, I didn’t get it mailed back for about 3 weeks. Then I got an email yesterday that said it had been clearly posted on the auction that any refunds had to be asked for in 7 days after I got the items and because I was way out of that time frame, no refunds would be made, glad you are enjoying the other one. No mention of any 7 day window was made when I asked for the refund and nothing was said about returning the item. I almost just asked for it back, but decided to check with paypal first to see what to do. They were very helpful, suggested that I file a dispute and then escalate it to a claim, considering that I had already negotiated with the seller with no good results. So I filed a dispute, telling the seller that I was filing a dispute, I wanted 1/2 of what I had paid for both of them otherwise I would escalate to a claim. This was this afternoon, and I couldn’t escalate to a claim until tomorrow. But within 4 hours, the seller agreed to a refund of 1/2 the purchase price! I was very surprised that they worked so fast! So I got my refund, and although I’m out the cost of shipping it back, I’m really pleased with Paypal for taking care of this for me.
Just thought I would share my experience with paypal!February 21, 2009 at 11:58 pm #684056February 22, 2009 at 12:00 am #684057February 22, 2009 at 12:01 am #684058February 22, 2009 at 12:03 am #684059Serenity wrote:Here is one of a few that just came in today…

Someone else said it already but that sculpture looks gorgeous in the OW. I have got to get one myself. The only problem is they take up so much room. Congrats to you! I am jealous.
