SQUEEEEEE!!!! I just got my very first Large Flap Cat today! I wasn’t even expecting him this soon 😮 😀 . Yay!! I finally got one. He’s the seal point, and he’s sooo pretty.

It’s like my birthday or something today 😆 ….Well… my $5 stone kittens came today. And despite careful instructions, the seller didn’t pack them worth a darn 🙁 They came in a box big enough for a male dragon to fit in, with one sheet of bubble wrap under them and one on top. I picked up the package and they clacked together inside it. Ouch. Gypsum dust all over the bottom of the box. All four of their ear-tips are demolished, and they have chips and scratches all over their faces. Sigh.
The only thing is, I don’t know if I want to go through the hassle of arguing with the seller over it, since they cost so little in the first place. But in that case, I’m not sure what to do about leaving them feedback. I’m definitely not going to leave this person positive feedback because of the crap packing job, but I don’t want to drop them a negative without any attempt to resolve the issue. Any thoughts? Is it worth asking for my money back, or is not leaving feedback at all a better option? :shrug:
Don’t not leave feedback. Other buyers need to know this person doesn’t care about proper packing.
I suggest writing to them, telling them the cats were packed very poorly and arrived with lots of damage. Ask how they propose to resolve the matter and say that without a reply from them or an effort in making good on their mistake you’ll have to leave negative feedback for them.That sucks 🙁 ! I’m so sorry to hear your kitties arrived damaged. What in the world was the seller thinking packing them that way 🙄 🙄 🙄 . NUMB!

Good point, GB. I’m going to email them this afternoon. It might or might not be that much of a hassle, but you’re right in that other buyers need to know this person might not pack their breakables right.
Or you can leave negative feedback saying you liked the price but the packing job sucked. Definately remember to do the DSR (the stars thing) and lower the one on packing. At least you don’t have to worry about negative feedback in return since ebay made it that sellers can only leave positive feedback about buyers. (I still don’t see how that makes for a balanced marketplace).
Megani-chan, I’m sorry about the kittens 🙁 I hope that the seller will make good on it for you. It really boggles my mind how clueless some people are when it comes to packing delicate items.
