I’ll have to be different and say I prefer the one on the left. I have one and I have the mother dragon in the darker brown and I much prefer the color variation on the male. He’s much less monotone than my female. 🙂
I agree, the greater color variation of the guy on the left makes him stand out more. If I walked into a store and saw these two sitting on a shelf and I had to pick one, I would probably gravitate towards the one on the left because of his colors–that, and I love his facial markings. But the paint texture and darker antiquing of the one on the right makes up for his more monotone coloration. I don’t know which one I’d choose! It’d probably depend on what kind of mood I was in that day. 😛
Maybe someday Melody will get the Sand coloration the way she likes it, and do a run of these guys in that. The one in the Gallery certainly looks nice! 🙂

I prefer the coloration of the left-hand male. As starbreeze said, more color. But the right-hand is neat because he’s different.
You get that some in the old greens, this is the first one I’ve seen in the brown. Awesome find! 😀

That Red Fire Old Warrior is nice! If I didn’t already have it in Ruby, I would consider buying it. 8)
