I finally got her finished and photo-ed!
This is “Cranberry”, she is a cranberry colored Lap Dragon.
She is the raffle prize for November.
This was a scrap casting that Olimpia had used just to test a deep maroon paint color on. This deep red color is gorgeous! It is darker than ruby.
This dragon had some seam lines that weren’t perfect, but I repaired them pretty well. I added copper and ruby paint on her face and wings to give her some variety, and finished her with metallic gold trim and black antique. She looks just like a cranberry!
She has metallic pumpkin colored glass eyes. I forgot to give her a forehead jewel for the picture, but it will probably be orange too.
