You’d think, but she has decent photos. I got a few of them from emailing her.
Found them… vaguely interested in a couple with no bids, but the risks outweigh my want, sadly.

Algy- I’m on DoA as Windswept, but I rarely/never post anymore. On DoD slightly more often, as Demyx.
Yeah, I knew the stuff would be a toss up when I bought it. Seems to work well enough for scaled things like kirins, though. Here’s a few shots of before and after going at the guy with a polishing cloth. Strips off a good amount of the metal, but I was originally wanting a darker scale anyway, and like the kinda see-throughness.

It’s hard to photograph, but the polished side is significantly shinier/more reflective.
Nam – It’s these little tube bottles called Rub N’ Buff that I found at my local artstore. Ah, here we go.

They say use your finger, but HA, as if. I used the end of a q-tip and detail worked with a super blunted toothpick.
Just finished this guy a couple hours ago. Really happy with how he turned out! Now, supposedly this silver leaf is buffable, so I might have another photo up of a mirror-like Shika once I’m sure the silver has set and dried.
And for giggles, an in-progress shot, cuz the scales look kinda cool/wierd.
Thanks! I don’t really know about ‘naturally gifted’, but no class I’ve taken has ever taught me a thing about art. So art major seems to be the easy way out for me, I just keep doing what I do and people give me credits for it.

I’ve got a small colony of caecillians (wiki them for more info), and let me tell you caring for nearly/blind things can actually be pretty damned adorable. And as the owner of a yearling cat who has only 13% of one remaining kidney, here’s a good luck that your little one lives long and healthy!
(link note: some people think they’re gross, and akin them to worms or leeches (EW). Anyone who sees them in person immediately thinks they’re cute, though, so I think you have to see them moving to get the full picture)
Probably not now, but in the future. I’m about to hit my senior year of college, so that’s going to keep me really busy! Once I get out and settled, though, maybe. If nothing else I’d be willing to paint a few more to sell.
I wasn’t intending to, but if people really like him… Firefox and the next ki rin will be staying with me, but anything after that I might toss onto ebay. n_n I could probably make a Firefox sibling, would y’all be interested?
I didn’t, actually. I’ve started using Dem on a couple other forums too. Or even better, WindsweptDemyx (on dA). I love Windswept, don’t get me wrong. It’s me. I still use it places. It’s just that recently, I’ve been known as the freshwater fish expert of sorts on forums, and with my love for the game Kingdom Hearts the nickname Demyx has started to stick.
